the option asking “Did you use this service?” doesn’t seem appropriate.

Google controls the post-review questions, so they can't be customized; a food-related question means your Google Business Profile's primary category is food.

The questions that appear after a customer leaves a review are part of Google's review process and are controlled directly by Google. Unfortunately, these questions cannot be changed or customized.

The section on Google Maps is managed entirely by Google, so ProsperQR can't change it directly. If your review page is showing Food, this usually means your Google Business Profile primary category is currently set to a food-related business.
