Why does my review QR code show a blank, error, or loading page when scanned?

Your business won't be able to collect reviews until your opening date. On your opening day, customers will be able to start scanning your QR code to leave a review for your business. Until then, you will see a blank page.

You will not be able to receive reviews until after the opening date. The QR code is successfully set up.

Google doesn't allow reviews for businesses that are not yet open. If your business is already open you can change your open date on Google Business Profile.

I checked your QR code; it is working correctly. Also, your review import was stuck, I helped it complete. Now you should see your reviews in the dashboard instead of the "loading please wait"
