ProsperQR can't remove or edit Google reviews — only the reviewer or Google can — but you can report a fake or inappropriate review to Google.
We would like to clarify that ProsperQR does not have the ability or authority to remove, edit, or manage reviews posted on Google. All reviews are controlled solely by Google and the account holders who posted them.
Reviews left on Google can only be edited or deleted by the person who left the review.

Once a review is posted does it give us an option to delete negative reviews

I have never done business with this individual and not sure how he was able to submit a review via prosper QR.
