Absolutely loved my experience here 🤍 The salon was beautiful — super clean, soft pink, relaxing atmosphere, and honestly one of the prettiest nail salons I’ve been to. I came in thinking there might be a long wait since they were pretty busy, but after watching the techs work, I completely understood why people keep coming back. They genuinely take their time and pay attention to detail instead of rushing clients in and out. My nail tech , Britney, I think, was incredibly patient, sweet, and talented. I showed her my inspo and she executed it sooo perfectly. The shaping was super clean and even, and the chrome glitter ombré with the gem details came out elegant, classy, and exactly the vibe I wanted. She was very precise with every nail and made sure to check with me every details before finishing. I also really appreciated how comfortable and welcoming the environment felt overall. The quality of the work feels very fancy while still being natural and lightweight. You can tell the techs here genuinely care about their craft and their clients. Definitely worth the visit and I’ll absolutely be coming back 🫶✨

In a moment of complete crisis that was of my own doing (an attempt to save money and bleach my own hair) I absolutely destroyed it and being new to the area I had no idea where to go. I found Jolie Salon on google and called to give it a shot to see if anyone would be able to help me. I was lucky enough to get to be seen by Danny, who absolutely transformed a disaster at home double bleach job into a beautiful color. Everyone was so kind and supportive, and in a moment of being terrified my hair was going to fall out or look terrible they made me feel supported. Danny did a fabulous job, she is so talented and kind and I highly recommend her!! I can’t say enough good things about this place!!!

Gracine is quick and does her job well and checks in with me every time. My brows are always looking good and she has recommendations and info on products in the lobby too. This location is small but mighty, you get a code to check in and drink and snack while you wait. Been going to Urban Waxx for years and am still satisfied. If you can get your Siri to say the name, it’s worth the laugh.

Sherry is amazing! I went in for an eyebrow appointment. She tinted my eyebrows and waxed them. She made them look so amazing and natural! Sherry is an expert and does high quality work.
