New Concepts is my new salon! Christine gave me exactly what I wanted!! I called as a new client and was able to come in right away because I needed a bad haircut corrected, Christine listened to me, gave me options as well, and worked her magic! The hair I have installed is so comfy and fits perfectly because they customized the sizing by measuring my head first. They then cut and colored it to blend in with my actual hair. Could not recommend this salon or Samantha highly enough! Always such a relaxing and pleasant experience. I've been getting my blonde done by Samantha since moving to Portland a couple years ago and it is always perfection. She is so detailed with her work and is one of the best stylists I've been to.

I’ve been going to Brianna for my hair for a decade now, and I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my blonding. She always knows exactly what vision I have in my head and can make it come to life so easily. Her talent and attention to detail is unmatched, and it helps that she’s so lovely as a person. I always look forward to chatting and giggling with her. Natural state is such a warm and inviting environment- I love how there’s not an intimidating vibe. The rest of the stylists are just as welcoming and friendly so you always feel comfortable. ❤️
