New Concepts is a wonderful place! The whole staff is welcoming, warm, and genuinely friendly! It’s like spending time visiting friends. They know the customers on a personal level. Ashley has been cutting my hair for about 2 years and I have never walked away disappointed. In fact with each visit it seems like she outdid the previous. They go the extra mile to make customers feel appreciated.

Visited once as my reoccurring stylist, Brittany, became a new stylist there. The salon was clean, neat, and the owner was very friendly. I loved the experience & the opportunity to use Cecred products for the first time while there. Also pretty cool they offer membership services! In the future I may get one to see how well it’ll benefit me. Overall, great establishment!

Sumaira did an amazing job on my facial today. She was incredibly gentle, attentive, and made the whole experience so relaxing from start to finish. My skin feels so refreshed, clean, and glowing. She clearly knows what she’s doing and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. I left feeling so pampered and happy with the results. This is my first time at Van Michael Salon and I was greeted warmly by the front desk and offered tea/coffee. I was then greeted by my stylist and discussed what I had in mind. Meron was an amazing stylist and I was able to get a fresh haircut for the Spring!

I came here for a facial and eyebrow threading. This place was absolutely wonderful! The service and quality was top-notch. I highly recommend asking for Sumera, you can tell she really cares about her work and does a great job!! I’ll definitely be coming here again!

Had a very good experience at Justin Jacob Salon & Barber Shop. Carlos did an amazing job with my haircut and gave me exactly the style I wanted. He was patient, professional, and paid great attention to detail. I’m really happy with the result and one of the best haircuts I’ve had. Highly recommend Carlos if you want a clean and stylish cut.

My daughter and I have been going to Sarah and Gwen for years for colors and cuts. They are both so wonderful with my (now teen) daughter and their work is always beautiful. They spend time making sure they know exactly what you want. We started with them in Brooklyn and the trip to Chelsea is more than worth it! It’s a lovely space.
