From there, they customize the treatment and recommend products based on your individual needs, whether that’s supporting healthier hair growth, addressing thinning hair, or improving scalp hydration and oil balance. The spa itself is welcoming, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail, from selecting your preferred aromatherapy scent to the private treatment room, helps create a calming and luxurious atmosphere. The staff were warm, professional, and very knowledgeable. Throughout the treatment, they explained each step and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I also appreciated that they use gentle, professional techniques and specialized tools instead of scratching the scalp with their nails, making the experience feel much healthier for both the scalp and hair. By the end of the session, my scalp felt refreshed, my hair felt incredibly clean and soft, and I left with a better understanding of how to care for my scalp at home.
