I had been researching my options for laser ( IPL BBL MOXI CO2 etc) for months. I chose to see Shimaa as she offered IPL laser which was what I was looking for - to treat my sun damaged chest and pigmentation on my skin. I booked a consultation with her to really see how it correlated to what I had read online. I did go through with the IPL laser and it has been almost 3 weeks now since the treatment. I saw results right away- my chest has a ways to go so I do need to return and do more sessions as is with laser treatment. But already lots of sunspots gone. My neck also tightened up a bit and my chest wrinkles ( I am a side sleeper ) are gone ! My face had minimal pigmentation so I didn't really need the laser but said let's do it anyway and see. Yes - face is even toned now . It's true what they say that your damaged skin spots might turn into black spots and fall off. It did not hurt. Shimaa explained everything to me about the procedure and during. The IPL laser I felt a prick here and there. Nothing drastic and mild heat. Not hot. She knew exactly how to laser me with the preparation, numbing cream and making sure I felt comfortable. I did show her two other spots I had been being treated for by my dermatologist which I thought were small warts that would be frozen at the derm but would literally be there underneath after they would fall off. Nope - Shimaa diagnosed me correctly with those two spots being skin tags. She used electrocautery on those spots and it's been almost 3 weeks and they are permanently gone ! I am so happy. I did forget one more spot under my arm so I will go back so she can zap that one too. She did not try to upsell me. She and her front desk are so kind ,knowledgeable, friendly. I know I am in good hands. Photos attached of my IPL laser on chest and the skin tag removals by electrocautery.

Ok, I’m not gonna lie… PDO threads are not fun to get. BUT Shimaa is amazing… as are her results. I am so pleased to find her, and intend to use her salon and expertise for all my beauty needs in the future. I turned 60 in March — but with this level of professional care — it’s just a stupid number! PS - I loved her encouragement — “Do not do this for a man. Men? Pffft! Do this for YOU….” Sage, wise words! ❤️
