What a fantastic experience! I spent 4 months hunting a k5-GT1. Sooooo many dealerships were stereo typical scummy sales experiences. To the point that i drove 340 miles from Colorado to work with billions. AND more specifically, Ben. He was great to work with. Very knowledgeable. Quick to respond over email, and text. Had no issues negotiating the deal. Everything was transparent, and there was no issues removing add ons. He was also very helpful for lots of hiccups, and time delays caused by my bank. He ran out on short notice of my arrival from Colorado to make sure i had a full tank, and a fresh wash. He very patiently, took all the time i needed to help me set up and decipher all the fancy tech. Just a all around lovely human! The store was spotless. Every person in there greeted me, and offered me coffee. The finance/ notary gal, regretfully i dont remember her name. She did a great job answering all my questions throughout the paperwork. All around i have nothing negative to say about billions. Which was a welcome change from the dealerships i shopped in my home state. I will definitely be back when i purchase my wifes vehicle after the new year. Do yourself a favor. Ben and billions are worth the drive!

I was traveling to my daughter's wedding and my alternator gave out leaving us stranded on I29 about 50 miles from Sioux City. I called Billions and they checked to see if they had the part, they did. They recommended a tow service and got us in the same day. Back on the road after only a 5 hour delay. We decided to visit Toomey Basildon as we wanted a new car and had 3 different makes in mind. We started at the Hyundai dept, we were warmly greeted by Ross Shingler and we are so pleased to have met him, Ross is a very genuine down to earth person, we discussed what we were looking for and Ross kindly showed us 2 Tucson models, there were others onsite but we took a liking to a 2023 model. At no time was Ross pushing us to buy, he gave us time to talk in private. Ross is very knowledgeable about the whole Hyundai range not just the Tucson. We felt at ease and the sort version is that after discussing all the options we decided to buy the model we liked, we also had a car to trade in, we were given a fair price on that. This was on a Wednesday afternoon, we collected the car the following Friday, again Ross was the person we dealt with, we were very happy with that. If you are looking to buy a Hyundai visit Toomey Basildon and ask for Ross, you will not be disappointed. On the side of this we are so happy with the Tucson model that we bought, it is a great car that is loaded with great features, we were so pleased with the car and the service that we received that we did not bother looking at the other two makes that were on our list.
