I visited Toomey Renault Basildon yesterday to explore options for replacing my current Zoe and came away feeling really impressed with the whole experience thanks to Joe Kumar From the moment we arrived the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed which made a big difference. Joe Kumar who looked after us was excellent throughout. He was very friendly easy to talk to and took a genuine interest in what we needed rather than trying to push us into a quick decision. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different options available clearly answering all of our questions without any pressure. What really stood out was that he trusted us with a demo car to take away for the evening which gave us the chance to properly experience it in our own time and routine. That level of service is rare and made a big impact on us. What I appreciated most was the complete lack of pressure. Of course I understand that at the end of the day the goal is to make a sale, but at no point did it feel like that was the focus. It genuinely felt like the priority was understanding our needs and helping us find the right fit for us, whether that ended up being a 5 grand car or a 40 grand car. That honesty and approach made the whole experience much more comfortable and trustworthy. Overall it was a smooth enjoyable and stress free visit. We left feeling well informed and confident about our next steps rather than rushed or overwhelmed. I would definitely recommend visiting and speaking to Joe if you are considering a new car.

Billion Auto got my warranty claim filed and completed my car in no time! They were even able to get my car in early since I had it towed there when it broke down on the side of the highway. But special shout out to Jaden (I hope thats the right spelling lol) she kept me in the loop about what was going on with my car and got me in a super nice rental. I hope I dont have a big car problem again but if I do I will go back to iowa city billion hyundai!
