Very impressed with the entire process at Gem Autobody and Paint. I requested online estimates from 6 highly rated vendors in my area; I heard back from 3 and only 2 gave actual estimates. One was Moe. His estimate was quite reasonable, and his turnaround time was amazing. I dropped my car off on Friday and had it back by Wednesday, as promised, with a new bumper. The front of the car looks brand new. Highly recommend the staff and service at Gem Autobody and Paint!

I’ve had many bad experiences with dealerships over the years. Mind you I’ve never held onto a vehicle long enough to put new tires on it. Billion Southtown is by far the best dealership to work with in the Midwest. I’ve had many different vehicles and bought from many different dealerships but I will always come back to do business here from now on. Very fair and honest business practice. You can tell the management and sales team has your best interest in mind and is very transparent and informative. Above all, you feel like you are wanted as a customer and appreciated. Not just another number. Can’t say thank you enough for the countless positive experiences here. Highly recommend!

My experience at Landmark exceeded my expectations. Derek was fantastic. I requested that he value my trade before I test drove and he was on it! I received $3000 more on my trade than the other dealerships has offered. I also received poor service prior to Landmark making Derek an absolute delight. AND they matched the pre-approval I walked in with. From start to finish, I drove away with my beautiful new car in 3 hours. I will happily share my experience and send customers their way! If you’re looking for a mechanic you can actually trust, THIS is the one. He is very professional, honest, and truly cares about his customers. He even offers flexible monthly payment options, which makes things so much easier. He kept me updated every step of the way and explained everything clearly, so I always knew what was going on. The best part? He fixed my car in just 2 weeks and it would’ve been faster, but we had to wait on the motor. Yes, the whole motor! Not like other mechanics where your car sits for months. From the start, he told me every issue and didn’t try to hide anything. That kind of honesty is rare. I will definitely be going to him for everything.
