Jessica did a great job of addressing all of the repairs required to be taken care of on my 2009 Pontiac G8 GXP . She kept me informed regarding the ongoing progress as each item was addressed . Most impressive that over the past 11 years this car has only been serviced at the Balise Chevrolet - GMC service center . Furthermore one of the mechanics just happened to be in the office when I checked " Giselle " in and he " knew her well " , letting me know that he has personally performed all repairs along with the service manager on my Pontiac ! I was quite "flattered " to hear this and to meet him ! Having shared the aforementioned, I will take her out for a 300 - 400 mile drive down the parkways of New York and Connecticut and see how " she runs " . Again much thanks to Jessica for maintaining the high quality standards that I have grown accustomed to at Balise .

The experience of buying a new car started out as a horrible experience while I tried to find a dealer I could work with. Once I started working with Steven Marius with assistance from Nick Cabrera the experience took a huge turn for the better.
