Awesome place to buy a car. I came from out of state to trade a vehicle for one of their trucks. I was working with Randall and he made the entire process super simple. I have a 2017 Chrysler 200 Limited Platnum which has very special factory paint. That was my biggest concern when I took it to Gem but they assured me not to worry it will all come out right. I absolutely could not believe the finished product it looks like factory it looks like pre-accident. I don't know how they do what they do but they are amazing. Mr Moe and Mr Hash Are each true professionals and made the process so easy and simple. Thank you Gem.

Team was very good about keeping me informed on the status of my repair and didn't try and push any extra work or options. Completed the job ahead of their original estimate and the repair has corrected the problem. I will return when I have future work that needs to be done.
