My son recently had a situation with his car and the engine. After many callas a research it was determined to be under warranty. I would never have known this if it was not for Michael who went above and beyond to help me with this entire process. The car is a used Hyundai and was not even purchased from your dealership and still Michael handled it as it was just purchased from him. I have not had this level of customer service in recent memory. He followed up and took care of the entire ordeal and instructed me through this entire process. I am so thankful to him for all the help he has given me. Because of this when my family and I are ready for new cars we will be coming to see Michael. Many many thanks!

The team at GEM Autobody and Paint performed excellent work on my vehicle. They used top quality replacement parts to make some repairs on my vehicle and took the time to walk me through their evaluation process. They also have an outstanding partnership with a local car rental facility as an option while you wait for your car to be repaired. Throughout the process, they prioritized my needs and their service to me as a customer to make this an excellent experience. I will be visiting again in the near future to have my windshield replaced as well. Strongly recommend anyone seeking body service to visit GEM autobidy and Paint.

Jacob worked on my 2002 Yukon Denali and my 1972 Lincoln Continental Mark IV. On both vehicles the results were amazing!! Door dings were removed so perfectly, that I am unable to see any evidence that they ever existed. The Lincoln is black and he was able to remove two different dings on the hood which makes the long black hood look incredible. I highly recommend Jacob Kingsfather!!

I had an issue with my Ford Bronco soft top that I needed to fix last week and the local dealers were giving me the run around. I reached out to Phil at Anchor Collision and he helped research my fix options and then got me in to make the fix the next day. Eric helped design a fix that met my requirements and looked great. So grateful for this team for helping me out in a pinch. Super nice facility and lots of accolades - I noticed they are very experienced with Lexus body work so I recommended to my Father and neighbor if they ever need any work done this is the place to go.
