Austin exercise selfless service when I pulled up frustrated with my trailer after being rejected due to some mile holes and he took care of me. I was expecting a huge bill but he said the boss told him not to charge me, man!!! Cool set of people, from the boss to the workers. I’m definitely going back there for any repairs

I recently had a small accident that damaged my front bumper, and the first shop that came to mind was Passport Collision. I’m so glad I chose them! Teddy was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From scheduling my appointment to keeping me updated on my vehicle’s progress and even helping me get a rental car, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His customer service was truly exceptional! I would definitely recommend Passport Collision, and if you go, ask for Teddy. Hands down, the best!

Passport Collision Center took great care of my Mini Cooper while it was in for repairs. Although GEICO ultimately decided to total the vehicle, the team at Passport made a difficult situation much easier to navigate. Throughout the process, they kept us informed with timely updates and clear communication, so we always knew what was happening with the claim and repair status. Their staff was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us through an unexpected situation. What really stood out was that they went above and beyond by reaching out to let us know about newer replacement vehicles available through Passport Auto. That level of customer service was unexpected and greatly appreciated. The facility itself is also worth mentioning. The office is exceptionally clean, organized, and welcoming. The waiting area is comfortable and has a professional atmosphere that feels more like a dealership showroom than a typical body shop. Compared to other collision centers we've visited, Passport's office setting is far more inviting and customer-focused. Even though losing our car was disappointing, Passport Collision Center made the entire experience as seamless and stress-free as possible. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs or assistance with an insurance claim.

Gm all I came into the collision shop about a month ago because I had some front-end damage and I was greeted by Mr Courtney Morgan He was very polite asked what I needed and I took my key we walked outside he inspected my vehicle and started the process. I must say I've been to other shops but this by far has been one of the most smoothest transitions I've ever experienced. I truly hope you all understand what type of employee you have representing your agency he's truly dedicated to his work and it was a joy being assisted by Mr. Morgan Thanks again for you service expertise

From start to finish, Dawit took care of my Mazda! I was so devastated when I got rear ended AGAIN, worse part was the fact that it was on my new car! Very grateful for the smooth transition from my car to rental to my fixed car! He followed up with me every couple days! Would definitely recommend this shop!

OK, I give a review based only on my experience, I've had my tail lights fixed these guys made the 6th time in 6 weeks. The tech didn't take a whole lot of time and found the issue on the middle of my trailer, they are working perfectly and they have stayed working. Everyone there and I mean everyone is super nice and the cost is great. They are awesome, if i could give them 10 stars I would. I know exactly where I'm taking this truck and trailer the next time I need work done. Thank you'll, so much!!!!

HUGE shout out On Demand diesel repair. We stopped for gas at an exit and smelled diesel. it wasn't visibly obvious what the problem was but on a trip from Jax to Miami pulling a boat, we couldn't ignore it. In less than 2 hours EJ, his wife Victoria and even his mom swooped in to our rescue! EJ identified the problem, Victoria located the part and mom immediately drove to go pick it up. And this was even after EJ mentionined in the initial call that he was backed up and down a guy (not in a rude way but just letting us know). We never once felt like we were imposing or a problem to him or his team. We are truly grateful for the way they treated us and our situation as I needed to get to Miami for a two day conference starting tomorrow. (Boat was for the weeekend;) EJ had the part in, tested the truck and we were on our way! The price was very fair and transparent and the customer service top notch! THANK YOU!!!!

My Service Advisor at Passport Nissan of Alexandria Ms. Aki Munoz provided me with EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service. She is Extremely Knowledgeable with the Nissan Kick for which I own two 2024 vehicles. She even directed me to the free complementary coffee and tea counter located along side of the snack vending machines. And that is something I had never experience from other Dealerships Service Department. She even followed-up after my departure to ensure that my vehicles needs were taken care of. There isn’t enough room or enough stars to express how great this shop has been over the last 25 years I’ve been in business with them. This shop has helped me out so much and performed so much great work on many of my cars in a timely matter. Everything from great work to performing services in a timely matter. When it comes to a frame shop, this is the one I’ll never ever stop using. There is literally no one better in Michigan. Highly recommended.
