Purchased a new battery for my 2023 VW Tiguan SE. The customer service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They facility was clean and organized and it wasn’t a long wait time. The VW tech was very helpful. He was excellent. Installed the new battery and worked on the computer until all error codes were cleared. I would definitely recommend Franklin Automotive to anyone.

Very Fair and honest people!!! My son was stranded 100 miles away and they took care of him properly!!! If I was in their shoes, I would not have done absolutely nothing different!!! Exceptional service!!!!

I have a cherry Colorado 2018 diesel Duramax and that car had a common shutter of that year and the owner of the shop really hooked it up and my transmission is back to normalcy incredible shop

So I went for an alignment. Performance car. Nothing esoteric but I wanted specific numbers. Thing is, they actually cared that 1: I had a clear idea of what I wanted 2: I was happy with it afterwards. That is pretty unusual for a car shop. Since only minor adjustments were necessary and it didn’t take as long as the book hours, they cut an hour off the shop time! Having a performance car is expensive. But taking my car to franklin was smart money.
