James was incredibly helpful in getting our pool back to swimming condition after we moved into our new home and realized we had absolutely no idea what we were doing! He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. If we decide to have our pool professionally serviced going forward, James will absolutely be our first call. James and his crews are fantastic. They have always gone above and beyond the call of duty. Even taking texts/calls after hours to try and help. They have always shown up when they are supposed to and send detailed reports with pics on what they accomplished on each visit. They are the only company that has completed maintenance on my pool since its opening almost 2 years ago. If I have called with a concern (only 2 times), James has handled it expeditiously and follows up with me to make sure they have taken care of things. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reputable and honest pool company.

Clear Tec gives us peace of mind. Everything is done perfectly. Communication is great, including pictures after they finish. They also text me letting me know when they are coming. The techs are all knowledgeable and management has been great to work with. They corrected all of the issues the last company left us with.

As a board member for a condo complex on Tierra Verde, I can say that everyone in our complex couldn’t be happier with Coastal Creative Pools and Lagoons! After our previous pool contractor filed for bankruptcy and left us high and dry, we were understandably frustrated and unsure of how our project would ever get finished. Coastal Creative Pools and Lagoons came in, thoroughly diagnosed the issues left behind by the previous contractor, and got everything back on track. They completed our pool and pavers in a timely manner, and the quality of their work is truly amazing. Everyone we worked with was courteous, professional, efficient, and committed to doing the job right. They turned what had been a very stressful experience into a beautiful finished project that we can finally enjoy. Recently my wife and I had our home renovated and along with the house, we decided to completely redo our pool as well. After contacting several pool companies, we decided to go with Coastal Creations Pools and Lagoons, not because they were the cheapest, but because speaking with Owen and going over what we expected for the budget we were working with, he assured us that it was well within our budget and suggested other upgrades that would stay in budget. As work progressed with the home renovation and the pool renovation, simultaneously, Owen was in constant contact with the contractor doing the home renovation, as to not interfere with the progress on that front. After the completion of the pool, we had all new tile, state of the art coating on the surface of the pool, and the deck around the pool with pavers instead of concrete, far exceeded our expectations and in fact we saved enough money, that we were able to get a new pool pump. Thanks again Owen and the team at Coastal Creations Pools and Lagoons!!

Working with Coastal has been great! Owen and Renee are easy to work with, prompt, communicates well, and the do great work. They finished a pool refurbish that another contractor failed to complete, and fixed the issues, stayed within budget, and completed the job quickly. I highly recommend them!

I can’t even say how much we love our new pool! From the first time we met Sam we knew that we wanted Sandals Luxury Pools to do the job. The entire crew was easy to work with and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns along the way. We had a challenging (steep) driveway and back yard to work with and they made it happen! They truly brought our backyard dreams to life. The pool turned out beautifully.

We bought a pool from Mark. He’s a great guy, very easy to work with. He has some very skilled craftsmen. Particularly notable are the large retaining wall they built, as well as the precise laying of travertine tile for the deck. We highly recommend Pools and Spas and would definitely use them again.
