The pressure washing made a huge difference, and the gutter and carpet cleaning came out great too. We used Zippyz back in 2022 to soft clean our roof and clean our sidewalks. We recently had them back in Sep 2026 to do it again. Peter and Zoltan did a wonderful job! They were very careful to capture the bleach wash from the roof in bags they placed over the downspouts. They continually sprayed our landscaping around the house so we didn't have any "burn" in the yard or landscaping. We were so happy not only with the the results but with the fact we had NO landscape damage. They arrived on time and were reasonably priced. We would highly recommend Zippyz for your exterior roof and sidewalk cleaning.

The entire process was quick and seamless and they were extremely accommodating when we had to reschedule because we had too many other contractors working at the house that day. Jaedon provided a remote estimate via geofencing before his thorough on-site inspection where he tested chemicals, remeasured the property and inspected surfaces. (This was in the Kissimmee area) I had a quote within 24 hours. The quality of work was fantastic, and the tap-to-pay feature made it incredibly easy to expense on my business card. I've used them for rental properties and my own home, and every time, their customer service and professionalism have been the best I’ve worked with. This service included a drive way, all sides of the home and its pool deck. I also enjoyed using tap-to-pay, as I may use my business or personal cards depending on the property. The receipt was emailed instantly and was itemized for my expenses. Whether residential or not, from the customer service and employees to the quality of work, it was all a great process and experience.
