We bought a 1960s fixer in Palma Ceia knowing it needed everything and honestly hiring BALLENCIACE was the smartest thing we did. They handled the full renovation top to bottom. New engineered hardwood throughout, completely gutted both bathrooms, opened up the kitchen wall. Jojo was on site almost every week checking on things and their crew used private inspections so we never had a single delay waiting on the city. Took about 4 months and the house is unrecognizable now. Friends keep asking if we moved lol

OMG! These are the guys to go to for tile work! All the lines match, and the grout lines are straight, the corners are amazing!
