Tyler and Nathan from Greymens Plumbing did an outstanding job providing an estimate for our plumbing needs. They carefully inspected the drain lines and bathroom, explained the recommended repairs, and gave us clear estimates for replacing the old drain lines with PVC and installing a new Sterling tub. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire visit. They took the time to answer our questions and explain what the work would involve, including the materials, installation process, and warranty. We appreciated their honest communication and the fact that there were no surprises or pressure. Tyler and Nathan were also respectful of our home and made us feel comfortable with the entire process. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about helping their customers. We were in a plumbing crisis and so we hit the internet and chose NPS-it had a high rating and they looked impressive so we called. We were greeted by the most informed and personable voice (Maddy)! She understood our problem and assigned the greatest plumbers we have been lucky enough to contact! These plumbers are not only professional but work as a well oiled team!! Armstrong Plumbing exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Sarah in the office was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient in getting everything scheduled and answering my questions. David, the installer of our tankless water heater conversion was efficient and professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly along the way. It’s rare to find a company where every single interaction is this positive. Awesome service providers, I would definitely work with them again! We wanted our washer/dryer moved from the first floor to the basement. The guys came and got the plumbing all set for this and it all looks awesome. They set up the washer, dryer, and a utility sink for us. We also had them install a new tankless water heater and they did an awesome job on that. Overall we are really happy with the install. The guys were nice, competent, respectful, and made sure I understood everything they were doing. Great communication, on time, and a good price. We will be using NSP for all of our future plumbing needs!

We had an issue with two toilets needing repairs, and Clarksville Plumbing Pros was able to come out the same day I requested a quote! Lance was super friendly and professional, and he was able to complete the repairs quickly. The whole process from requesting the quote online to repairs complete was about 2.5 hours. 100% recommend!
