Brightview appears to provide wonderful care to its residents. I was impressed by each staff person I encountered. We were provided privacy for a family lunch, and the food was excellent.

The director Heather and staff in the memory care Wellspring unit were nothing but compassionate, efficient and outstanding. My father-in-law had a very rare neurodegenerative disease and they took the time to research and learn about it to provide the best care possible. The facilities were very clean, the staff was attentive to his needs, they always provided various activities and we always felt good leaving him after our visit. The facilities accommodations, entertainment, and food services were excellent as well. The staff got to know us personally and were there to assist us all the way until end of life. There is no better place on Long Island!

My Mother was at Brightview Mount Laurel for over three and a half years before she passed. I was very satisfied with the care she received, and it was good for her to have the social interaction with the staff and other residents. It was also beneficial to have therapists and medical providers available who routinely visited Brightview.

The staff was wonderful. We met up in the activities room and then stayed until she needed to go to dinner. Me, son Matthew & fiance Ashley, son Dylan, daughter Jennie and husband Jeremy and Grandson Antonio. These are the only photos on my phone, but we do have more on other people's phones. Nancy needs a haircut, all we had with us was what Jennie had, now she looks like a Biker.🥰

This facility is excellent with a great staff and great food that is restaurant quality. The rooms are very spacious with excellent grounds for visiting the guests.

I have been to Brightview Tenafly several times in my capacity as an educator with the Tenafly Nature Center. We make monthly visits to Brightview to do programs for the residents there. In order to describe why I think it's a wonderful partnership, I need to say a little bit about Tenafly Nature Center. We are located just up the road from Brightview Tenafly, and we are a nature preserve and center that does environmental education for a large variety of organizations. We have a living collection of over 30 animals and we travel all over the tri-state area with our animal ambassadors, teaching about the nature that is available to all of us right in our own back yards. As the residents of Brightview Tenafly are a part of our community, we are always excited to visit the residents and share our knowledge and interact with the people at Brightview. Personally, I always enjoy my time at Brightview, because I've often heard stories from the clients from their lives, or been able to tell them facts they've found interesting, or just watch them enjoy spending time showing them animals and discussing their biology. I think it's wonderful that we have been contracted to come to Brightview as an experience for the residents there, because it means that the management wants their people to have a myriad of programs as a part of their lives at Brightview. Whenever I have been to Brightview Tenafly, I have found that the staff are always excited to see me; that they really try to bring as many of the residents in to see me as they can; and that the staff is engaged in making the most out of the experience for their clients. I honestly love going there, because I have found that many of the residents are really interested in the topics, and engage with me and *especially* with our Animal Ambassadors. Speaking about the facilities, I have never seen any of the public spaces be anything other than spotless, nor any of the residents looking uncared for. I realize that many people don't love the idea of putting their loved ones in a community like this... I would say that if you can afford it, Brightview is a good place.
