I was scared to come to Shelton because im from Tacoma and didn't want to be far away from home and get stuck somewhere without getting the help I need but when I got here everyone was so helpful and friendly and Summer made sure I got the equipment I needed and started on my therapy right away. provider's here get right on referrals and McKenzie made sure I had transportation to my appointments. V from therapy is great! The nurses are really positive even when they are busy. The place is really clean. So far a wonderful experience

Fir Lane Care offers very patient-centered care to their residents. The building has had many updates in the past couple of years. The activities department and food service department do a great job making sure that people are entertained and fed well.

I can here after a Surgery to recover. I can say I am the youngest patient here. The staff has been wonderful. I can say this has been the most humbling experience I've ever experienced in my life. I'm very grateful for all of the care team here .Without them. I don't know how my healing process would be so positive. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Everyone at Belmont Terrace from the housekeeper to the doctor and nurses were all wonderful. The place was clean. They were very kind and understanding Andrew. Their transportation person is wonderful. He’s caring and understanding Susan and the rest of the PT staff and OT. Staff are very good very understanding very willing to work within what you feel you can do should I ever need skilled nursing care again? Belmont Terrace is where I would go for it.

I chose this acute care center for my bariatric, amputee, and heart diseased husband because of their quality care nursing staff and excellent rehabilitation. I chose Madison after my sciatic nerve was damaged (drop foot) in hip replacement surgery for 13 days. The social activities were so fun, I miss them! The nursing staff could not have been more attentive, the special toileting & other disability equipment were perfect for my injury. But, that isn’t all: the Social Service administrative staff are just as hardworking as the CNA’s, LPN’s, and RN’s. The housekeeping and laundry staff are amazeballs, too. I hope I got everybody in this review! I highly recommend this facility, both for my husband, and myself as an ex-patient. Love you all!

I came to Bremerton trails from the gig harbor hospital very ill, I was totally bed ridden, within in two weeks of such great nursing, and nursing aides, P.T. and all the staff at Bremerton trails I was walking with a walker using the bathroom with assistants, Now it's been two months in my stay I'm being discharged with great progress on my walking using the bathroom on my own. My health is better now then even before I became ill ...Bremerton trails is a committed facility that puts its residences first in everyday. even providing alternative food choices...the staff was always very nice and never hesitated to do for you when in need of something....Thank You Bremerton Trails for providing me with such grat care and kindness.. leann

My dad lived at Brightview for over six years, with the last three years in the enhanced care community. He was extremely well cared for, far exceeding any expectations. Lisa and her dedicated staff are truly amazing and I was thankful every day for their support, many of them felt like family to us during this time. Arlington is lucky to have such a wonderful option in the community.

I was banged up from a bad motorcycle crash when I began my two weeks at Sequim Bay Post Acute. I didn’t know what to expect and felt afraid, but Jaime calmed my nerves with that first smile, and all the other nurses and aides followed suit. They treated me like a VIP and provided the tender loving care I needed to get back to my life. The place radiates love and positivity. It’s clean and cheerful. You can absolutely trust that Sequim Bay Post Acute will take good care of you.

Saw a post on Facebook from a lady named Donna smalls (who was also violating hippa by mentioning a residents name) saying kitchen staff kick open the tray racks,Other comments mention nothing but great things about this facility. Be aware of rumors.

Very Hard to find places that work with your Medicaid, they helped my dad with his application and financial interviews. They have two people in business office that were both helpful. My dad received great care while at this facility. We recently lost him to cancer, I wish he would have been able to go back to facility to pass instead of hospice house . I highly recommend

The first thing you notice when walking into facility is the welcoming front desk gentleman. He is very friendly and helpful. I recently took a tour here, my sister is needing rehab services before she can safely go back home. My tour guide was Jami, Marketing Director, she was not only professional but also very knowledgeable. When touring several residents were speaking to her, she not only was helping me with tour but still engaging with her residents. This is the type of environment I need my sister at. Facility is clean and smells fresh not like other places I have toured. We will be picking Bremerton Trails for my sister's rehab needs.
