Several key points were covered by myself and staff to make the community more cognizant to the potential dangers they may face during their daily activities. The community was very receptive to the information provided. The staff did an excellent job of providing the community with an opportunity to maintain a safe and healthy environment. Our mom lived at Brightview for almost 10 years, including the last 5 in Wellspring. She was cared for with love, kindness, and affection by Lisa and her memory care team. She was very content and we always felt that she was in good hands.

Stacy was an amazing physical therapist. She went the extra mile to even pick out the best walker for me to have at home. I was reluctant to think I was ready to live on my own but she convinced me I could do it and she was right!. She is the best!

Our mom was cared for by Lisa Sabatino and her wonderful staff at Wellspring Village for more than five years. They took great care to ensure our mom was happy and comfortable in her final years by providing her with kind and gentle attention. Lisa is excellent at her job. She communicates well, responds quickly, and shows great attention to her residents' health and well being. We are grateful for all she and her caring staff did for our mom.

Kindly administrators Cindy, Jaime and Karen have been great in guiding us to a smooth landing here and nursing staff is very caring and attentive. Building and grounds are immaculate amid a quiet & peaceful setting. Our labradoodle loves taking breaks in the spacious and manicured dog courtyard. Voted best rehab facility in Clallam county on Olympic Peninsula 2 years in a row 2024 and 2025 in Sequim Gazette readers poll - Demeanor of fellow patients bespeaks contentment-

We recently had the mother of a family friend stay here for a short while after being discharged from the hospital, and the experience was excellent. The staff were kind, attentive, and clearly worked hard to make sure residents felt comfortable and cared for during recovery. One thing that stood out immediately was how much cleaner and better maintained the facility looked compared to previous visits. It was obvious that a lot of effort has gone into improving the environment, and it made a big difference. The overall atmosphere felt more welcoming, organized, and professional. Our family friend had a very positive experience, and we are grateful for the care and support provided by the staff during an important time in her recovery.

I would like to share a few words about the care my boyfriend ONeal Gamble in room 34 is receiving at North Auburn Rehab and Health center. He has been in a few different rehab centers and many hospitals in the last six months. The care at this center has been amazing. When I talked with his niece today when we were visiting at the same time, we both felt that this is the most genuine and patient centered care he has received out of all of the places he’s been. Even the food has been made with such care. Last time I was there, I was able to feed him and I made sure to tell one of the staff members to please give my compliments to the Cook/Chef that day for making such amazing soft chicken with gravy and cheesy rice and broccoli. And he also loved the apple pie filling cup for dessert. Everything is done with such care and he’s kept very clean and the nursing care for his skin care issues have been amazing. The nursing care staff have listened carefully to our input about pain management as well. I truly would recommend this center to anyone needing this kind of care for a loved one. Our heartfelt thank you to everyone! Keep up the wonderful work and know that your care matters and is appreciated.
