Very Hard to find places that work with your Medicaid, they helped my dad with his application and financial interviews. They have two people in business office that were both helpful. My dad received great care while at this facility. We recently lost him to cancer, I wish he would have been able to go back to facility to pass instead of hospice house . I highly recommend

The first thing you notice when walking into facility is the welcoming front desk gentleman. He is very friendly and helpful. I recently took a tour here, my sister is needing rehab services before she can safely go back home. My tour guide was Jami, Marketing Director, she was not only professional but also very knowledgeable. When touring several residents were speaking to her, she not only was helping me with tour but still engaging with her residents. This is the type of environment I need my sister at. Facility is clean and smells fresh not like other places I have toured. We will be picking Bremerton Trails for my sister's rehab needs.

They have staff that actually care about people. It obviously sucks having to be in a nursing home but it’s better being in a place where the staff actually care.

Most staff here are helpful, kind, and always have a smile on their face. Several problems came up during my stay and the management team helped address all of my concerns. Brandon in therapy is awesome and helped me along my recovery. Christie and Sharina were always helpful, and I could always talk to them. Even when we didn't see eye to eye, we still solved the problems, and I am grateful for them. They allowed me to vent when I needed to. I am happy to say that I came in unable to walk and am leaving by walking out of the front door.

HANDS DOWN best rehab services and also Home for many. I had the pleasure of staying here for short term rehab this past month. The building is so beautiful and well maintained. My room was so nice and cozy. The food was wonderful!! All of the staff were so kind to me!! I made new friends and almost didn't want to leave 😊 If you need rehab services, look no further. Sequim Bay Post Acute is the place you are looking for!!!

My husband is receiving outstanding care from Parkside (Spring '26) and will be discharged in the near future. He was admitted wheelchair bound and unable to walk or care for himself, he will be walking out on his own two feet! From Admin, wound care, PT, med techs , CNAs, laundry, kitchen, housekeeping, activities - every staff member is diligent and striving to provide excellent care for the residents with a sense of humor and a smile. I spent 3+ hours every day for 2 months witnessing this. The crucial element of providing quality (not processed), homemade meals helped my husband recover better than expected. If you are concerned about the distance, it's an easy freeway drive (close to Costco) and the same driving time for me as through town in Yakima. I highly recommend this facility without reservation.

I recently assisted with conducting a brief safety course for the residents of this community. The goal was to bring awareness of potential safety hazards both tangible and web based. Several key points were covered by myself and staff to make the community more cognizant to the potential dangers they may face during their daily activities. The community was very receptive to the information provided. The staff did an excellent job of providing the community with an opportunity to maintain a safe and healthy environment. Our mom lived at Brightview for almost 10 years, including the last 5 in Wellspring. She was cared for with love, kindness, and affection by Lisa and her memory care team. She was very content and we always felt that she was in good hands.

Stacy was an amazing physical therapist. She went the extra mile to even pick out the best walker for me to have at home. I was reluctant to think I was ready to live on my own but she convinced me I could do it and she was right!. She is the best!

Our mom was cared for by Lisa Sabatino and her wonderful staff at Wellspring Village for more than five years. They took great care to ensure our mom was happy and comfortable in her final years by providing her with kind and gentle attention. Lisa is excellent at her job. She communicates well, responds quickly, and shows great attention to her residents' health and well being. We are grateful for all she and her caring staff did for our mom.

Kindly administrators Cindy, Jaime and Karen have been great in guiding us to a smooth landing here and nursing staff is very caring and attentive. Building and grounds are immaculate amid a quiet & peaceful setting. Our labradoodle loves taking breaks in the spacious and manicured dog courtyard. Voted best rehab facility in Clallam county on Olympic Peninsula 2 years in a row 2024 and 2025 in Sequim Gazette readers poll - Demeanor of fellow patients bespeaks contentment-
