Our mom lived at Brightview for almost 10 years, including the last 5 in Wellspring. She was cared for with love, kindness, and affection by Lisa and her memory care team. She was very content and we always felt that she was in good hands.

Brightview of Hunt Valley was exactly what my father-in-law needed. The staff is caring, engaged, and professional. The availability of a unit was a tremendous stress relief for our family. The facility and the individual apartments are clean and well kept. The common areas are a welcome upgrade from most other facilities. We have only good experiences with the staff. I found the visit experience to be as pleasant as possible with the exception of parking garage cleaning/maintenance and an over abundance of dandelions along the detour route that are easy to overlook.

Our mom was cared for by Lisa Sabatino and her wonderful staff at Wellspring Village for more than five years. They took great care to ensure our mom was happy and comfortable in her final years by providing her with kind and gentle attention. Lisa is excellent at her job. She communicates well, responds quickly, and shows great attention to her residents' health and well being. We are grateful for all she and her caring staff did for our mom.

This is a wonderful place for the older members of your family to live and remain active and engaged! Apparently, there's rarely a dull moment and making friends can't help but happen. Very seldom have I visited an elderly relative and left upset that my application would be rejected because I'm not old enough yet!

My daughter is and I visited Brightview on sale on Friday and we’re very impressed. Kevin was able to answer all our questions and give us even more information that he had available to us before us. The Brookview is really very beautiful and has seems to have a very relaxing way about it which I really liked. We’ll see what happens again. I’m not really ready right now, but in the future, I’ll certainly keep you in mind. I’m in B

I have visited many Assisted Living Communities both on a personal and professional basis throughout VA, NC and Florida. Bright View is definitely at the top. I am a tough critic due to my compassion for the elderly population and continued mission to advocate for their dignity and quality of life. I found Bright View not only aesthetically pleasing, but also an embracing staff. They all called my Aunt by name in spite of her being there a short time. I spoke extensively with a resident as she expressed how pleased she was with the community. Lastly, it was immaculate and I really was impressed with the style and decor. Well done!! I have already suggested this ALF to another dear friend’s mother.

She absolutely loved being part of everything—from bingo and movie nights to the special events, visitors, and outings. You gave her not only activities, but moments she looked forward to and talked about often. What meant the most to us was how you embraced who she was at her core—a woman who never met a stranger, who loved to connect, and who found joy in the little things. You didn’t just care for her—you cared about her. And that made all the difference. Knowing she was surrounded by such kindness, warmth, and attentiveness brought our family tremendous comfort. BrightView totally exceeded all my expectations! It was everything I had hoped for and more! Donna, who took me on my tour, was warm, friendly and very informative and made me feel like I was truly "at home". I can only hope the Waiting List moves fast! 5 Stars PLUS!!!

The Lexington was very helpful getting my brother in a safe place for him . He made alot of friends while there . All of the staff is what made it his home . I'm very thankful to all that helped him . Great place for seniors !

Brightview appears to provide wonderful care to its residents. I was impressed by each staff person I encountered. We were provided privacy for a family lunch, and the food was excellent.

The director Heather and staff in the memory care Wellspring unit were nothing but compassionate, efficient and outstanding. My father-in-law had a very rare neurodegenerative disease and they took the time to research and learn about it to provide the best care possible. The facilities were very clean, the staff was attentive to his needs, they always provided various activities and we always felt good leaving him after our visit. The facilities accommodations, entertainment, and food services were excellent as well. The staff got to know us personally and were there to assist us all the way until end of life. There is no better place on Long Island!
