My dad lived at Brightview for over six years, with the last three years in the enhanced care community. He was extremely well cared for, far exceeding any expectations. Lisa and her dedicated staff are truly amazing and I was thankful every day for their support, many of them felt like family to us during this time. Arlington is lucky to have such a wonderful option in the community.

My dad moved into Brightview’s memory ward over 2 years ago. He was recovering from a broken hip and was in a bad place with his mental and physical health. Moving to Brightview was the best decision our family has made. My mom would go see my dad almost everyday, and the staff were so kind to them both. When my mom passed away earlier this year, they comforted us and cried with us. The Director of Brightview, Shaina Smith, is an incredibly hard working, detail oriented, and kind leader. She’s more like a saint than a person to our family. My dad is a loner and has been depressed since we lost our mom, and Shaina has made it her mission to not let him suffer alone. She not only was able to get him to smile, she got him to be involved in organized events, and even got him to go on a field trip! Never would I imagine this level of engagement from my dad and then I see him on the cover of Brightview’s newsletter! (He’s the white haired Viet man in the bottom right.) Brightview has been a blessing. We are so grateful for the amazing Shaina, her caring team, and Brightview!

We had such a wonderful time at Brightview Woodburn's Christmas in July celebration! The event was so much fun, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made everyone feel right at home. A special thank you to Latasha, who truly cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make every event memorable. Her kindness and dedication are evident in everything she does. As a mobile notary, I often meet families who are navigating important life transitions. It's reassuring to know there's a community like Brightview Woodburn that I can confidently recommend. Having a great experience with the Activities Directors at Brightview Warren! The Activities Team brings multiple residents from Wellspring Village to a different outing each week, for lunch and other special outings. Today they went to the Safari at Great Adventure and everyone had a wonderful time! Thanks so much to Elaina and Jacque for such a wonderful trip, and all your efforts for the many outings and events you organize and manage for the residents of Wellspring!

I've had the pleasure to work with Janese at this location, who is the director of Vibrant Living, which is the name of Brightview's enrichment-based programming designed to promote independence and well-being within Brightview's facilities. They do things like coordinate interactive entertainment for the residents. I've had the honor of working with Janese to bring in my interactive Drum Circle program to the residents, and I've gotta say, she is fantastic to work with! Brightview Senior Living is a great place, and Janese adds a ton of value to their operation. Thanks Janese and Vibrant Living!
