This is a great place to both work and receive services. The communication here is excellent, which makes everything run smoothly and helps everyone feel supported. I just started with the company. I’ve worked for many caregiving companies in the past and have never been given the respect I have already been given here. The entire team at Tustin Rehab Center from the front desk, to nursing/CNA/MA to the dietician & social services specialists were dedicated to caring for my dad & allowed him to be safe & comfortable during a turbulent time in our lives. I am especially thankful for Vanessa Almaraz who was instrumental in helping me get all of my paperwork in to navigate the transition to my dad’s permanent placement. We are so grateful for the staff at Tustin Rehab for all that they do, day in & day out. A big thank you to those kind ladies whom were responsible for giving my dad his showers & who found him non-skid socks to wear when he ran out. God bless you & thanks again for the profound positive impact you have had on my dad & on our family.

A relative has been in this facility and it always seems like the staff are happy to be there and are willing to help. The facility itself is quite old, but the staff are always making it cheerful with decorations and themed activities.The staff take good care of Mom and always try to please her.

I was in the hospital for a week before coming to Advanced Rehab Center of Tustin, and I can honestly say I have never received this much love and care at any other facility. From the moment, I arrived, everyone made me feel welcomed, supported, and truly cared for. Carla is #1. She goes above and beyond every single day. Joanna activity dir. is wonderful too. They always brighten my day, keep me engaged, and treat me with so much respect and kindness. I want to thank my nurse, Nikko, RNA Israel & CNA Flor. They have been amazing and have helped me not just with my medical needs, but with my depression and other personal struggles. They listen, understand, and they truly make a difference. All the staff here every department show that they care about their residents. You can feel that they put their hearts into their work and try to go above and beyond for everyone. I am grateful to be here, and I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs genuine care, compassion, and support. Thank you to the rehab team as well!!!
