I like supporting local small businesses much more than giant dealers. Took my Tucson to Morrie's in Peoria and they would not allow a convo w/the mechanic who worked on my car. Prefer Dustin's because they did a very thorough inspection, answered my questions directly without the dealer formal process of going through 2 people to get an answer, and I could talk directly to my mechanic! Pricing at Dustin's was similar to dealer and they have an online option to approve and pay if you want to use it. I love that they work w/ICC to allow students to gain diagnostic experience. I wish their shop was cleaner and their lot was a bit more organized, but they'll get there eventually. They had alot of cars and are very busy which is a good sign. I'll be returning.

Excellent service and fast. I went to Auto Obsession today for my car inspection. Mr Abdullah Ashraf greeted me outside and asked me to wait while he finished the job of doing inspection. Everything was done within one hour even though they seemed very busy. Happy with the service, highly recommend.

My Service Advisor at Passport Nissan of Alexandria Ms. Aki Munoz provided me with EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service. She is Extremely Knowledgeable with the Nissan Kick for which I own two 2024 vehicles. She even directed me to the free complementary coffee and tea counter located along side of the snack vending machines. And that is something I had never experience from other Dealerships Service Department. She even followed-up after my departure to ensure that my vehicles needs were taken care of. Although I live closer to some other INFINITI dealerships, this is the dealership that I started going to and the one that I continue to go to. I typically visit for standard maintenance. While traveling our alternator went out. We pulled into an automotive part store close by. We were able to get the part we needed. It was a Saturday and most of the auto repair shops were closed. The store recommended Dustin's Mobile Mechanic. We called and they were able to come to where we were and get us back on the road within a very short time. Found a truck I liked online on their website, drove 4 hours to check it out, found an issue that was overlooked which Brad then offered multiple options to compromise of which I didn’t have time for any of. Then ended up selling me on another identical truck with lower miles at a very fair price for the hassle and drive so I didn’t have to go home empty handed, they were all great to work with and would absolutely do business with them again.
