My service advisor Joe R. has always been great! Even though I did not book ahead of time a complementary car loaner when I made the appointment to change 3 of my tire battery sensors which took 2 hours, he gave me a loaner. Only issue I have is that labor cost is more expensive ($250 /hr or so!) than the parts but he explained why. I get free car wash & vacuum inside car which they did a good job. Plus the rest rooms & lounge are always clean. In the snack bar, there are different fresh cookies & donuts, coffee machine, teas, soda, water, Greek yogurt, granola mini cups, power bars, chips, apples, mini oranges, bananas even at 2:00 PM! My car needed a new battery and honestly I didn’t have the time or patience to schedule a dealership appointment. I called Gonzalez auto mechanic and they were able to see my car the same day. They checked it and were able to give me a quote right away with the breakdown of everything. It literally took them 1 hour, maybe less to complete the job. Thank you so much! Service was fast and honest. Will return here again !

I couldn’t be happier with the work Charles did. He took on a big job that a lot of mechanics probably wouldn’t have wanted to deal with, and he got it done right. He was honest, upfront, and kept me updated the whole time, so I always knew what was going on. You can tell he really cares about his work and his customers. The price was great and very affordable, especially for the amount of work he did. He finally fixed the biggest problem with my car that I couldn’t get taken care of anywhere else. I’ll definitely be using Charles again in the future, and I’ll be recommending him to anyone I know who’s looking for a great mechanic.

I've had plenty of services (changing an alternator, replaced the battery, the radiator, a steering buckle) done by Charles and he is always reasonable with pricing. I never have to worry about the quality of his work since he ensures that it is done right the first time (basically if it was his own car) and he is so friendly and personable. I absolutely recommend Charles for all your mechanical needs!

This place is by far the most honest and fair place to take your vehicle for maintenance and repairs. They kept my 2007 Honda Accord running well one 250,000 miles and never tried to oversell or take me for a ride. Just recently I had a check engine light on my Chevy, and after a thorough inspection, they found that a hose came undone, causing error codes. They could have easily marked up the repair price, but they were honest and took care of the problem. I recommend this shop to everyone with confidence knowing that the integrity of this place is heads and shoulders above the rest.
