I am leaving the company and need to allow another person access to this account. How do I change the email or transfer ownership?

Only one email manages a QR code; to transfer it, have the new owner log in at prosperqr.com/login, then support switches ownership to them.
The way our system currently works is that one email address is assigned to manage the QR codes. If you have a shared email address that could share management of the QR codes.
Before I can change the ownership, you must create account with the new email address. Simply visit: https://prosperqr.com/login and login with the desired email address and I can switch over the ownership for you.
