Please help me cancel my subscription to Pro. I am not using it as I anticipated.

Email ProsperQR support to cancel your Pro subscription; they cancel it and can send a full refund that takes 5-10 business days to process.
No problem, I canceled your subscription and sent a full refund. It will take 5-10 business days to process.
I have processed the cancellation for your order.
I checked in our system. There is no active subscription under… Can you check if you have subscribe under any other email?
