Haven't felt like myself for over 3 years now. I no longer had the boundless energy I was accustomed to. Through research, I determined that I was hormone deficient, although I hadn't ever been before. I visited Game Day Men's Health in Deer Valley and they confirmed what I already knew. My primary care physician dropped the ball over and over and never added a testosterone test to my blood panels. I am now being treated and already feel better just one week in. I can't recommend Khristina at Be well mind and body therapy enough. I didn't know what to expect, but I was blown away. Khristina was so caring and gave me so much time to address many of my issues. I left feeling much better than when I went in. Can't wait to go back.

Amazing massage and exactly what I needed! It had been three years since I last saw Joshua, and I’m so glad I finally made it back. I had an absolutely amazing experience at Minneapolis Health Clinic today! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with so much kindness, respect, and professionalism. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, polite, and helpful. His warm attitude immediately made me feel comfortable. I also had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Grace for my immigration medical exam, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was professional, caring, patient, and genuinely made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. She took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel like I was truly being cared for. Honestly, this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a medical clinic. Everyone was so friendly and respectful, and the level of care and customer service was exceptional. A huge thank you to Dr. Grace and the entire team at Minneapolis Health Clinic. You made my immigration medical exam comfortable, easy, and stress-free. I truly appreciate everything you did! My first experience was one of the worst massages. I booked at random. I shared the experience with the owner who invited me back in to retry. This time, I called the front desk and told them my preferences and asked specifically who I should book. That person had less availability so I booked and waited. It was one of the best massages.
