I joined Elite Spartans back in March because I was looking to incorporate more strength training in my workouts as someone who had focused mostly on cardio in the past. The schedule is great, offering various time slots in the morning and evening, which fit really well with my schedule. Each trainer has their own style that they bring to their classes, which keeps things interesting. The classes are challenging in a good way and they fly by. Thank you Elite Spartans team for being awesome, supportive, and creating a positive environment to workout in. I've definitely seen an improvement in my strength and overall physical health and look forward to continuing my fitness journey with them!

I would Highly recommend Jonathon! I came for neck and shoulder therapy and with the right exercises and consistent work at home I have improved my mobility to my satisfaction. I’m in my mid 60’s so I am very happy to have functional mobility again!

Great gym with a welcoming environment and helpful staff I talked to Bre and she was awesome! The equipment is very clean, and there's a good variety of machines and classes. I've really enjoyed the tour and the sign up process was made so easy :D

There was this man im pretty sure his name was Andres he has curly hair and mustache and goatee with glasses working the check in he practically saved me because my phone was about to die and I asked if they could charge my phone he said he can after 20 minutes I got it back and still waited for my parents and he noticed I was stressed because my phone was about to die again ( I was waiting for them for 2 hours) and he came up to me and gave me a charger to use until my parents got there and when I offered him money as a thank you for the charger he said he couldn’t accept it he said he did it out of the kindness of his heart give that man a raise because without him I’d probably wouldn’t have gone home

Out of towner dropping in here for the week. Super friendly and solid programming. I caught them on their test week. - still solid workouts. Clean gym with up to date equipment. They have a 5:30am class which was helpful on the not too early but not too late side before getting ready for the day.

Elite Spartans is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve been to! The classes are intense, fun, and always push you to your limits in the best way possible 💪 The coaches bring amazing energy and really focus on proper form and results. The environment keeps you motivated and coming back every day. If you’re serious about getting results, this is the place to be!

Elite Spartan’s Gym has an excellent upbeat environment and the best people! The facility is clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything you need for a great workout—whether you’re just starting out or already experienced. What really sets this gym apart is the staff and trainers. They’re knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely care about helping you set goals and reach them. I also love that in the past 3 years, I haven't had the same workout once. These guys are great! Highly recommend Elite Spartan’s Gym to anyone looking for a great community who want to feel good and be healthy!

I am happy to offer an excellent review of Rebuild Fitness and Physiotherapy. I have a recurring shoulder issue but was reluctant to go back to my previous physiotherapy clinic. I found Rebuild on line and, because I liked the website and the convenient location, I decided to give Rebuild a try--and I am so glad I did! From the initial assessment through all the sessions Eric was helpful, courteous and professional. He and his staff made coming to Rebuild a pleasure. Now that I have "graduated" I have learned how to better maintain both posture and mobility. I hope not to need physiotherapy again in the future but if I do, Rebuild will be my choice without question. Thanks and kudos all around!
