My pt was Doug. I dont do many recommendations, but I will do an honest one. Doug was great. He was absolutly professional, he knows what he's doing. He had a good plan for me, he's an actual pt instead of a physical trainer, which I was a bit nervous about. Any and all exercises he demonstrated on how I should do it. He had patience as sometimes I could not do it nor understand it at first and he corrected me if I did it wrong. I hope not to see him again, but if I need another pt, I'm going to go to Doug. And that's an honest review. Panther may have a bunch of stuff that I didn't take advantage of nor really mattered to me in my specific condition, but Doug was the pt for my situation and would highly recommend him.

An Absolute Game-Changer – Steps Bjj is Home! Walking through the doors for a trial class back in February 2024 completely changed my life—while I might not train every single day, I show up consistently, and I truly cannot imagine my life without it now. Steps Bjj is so much more than just a gym; it is my home. From day one, the environment has been nothing short of welcoming and friendly. Whether you are completely brand new to martial arts or have years of experience under your belt, the doors are always open to anyone who would like to step on the mats and try BJJ. There is zero intimidation, just a supportive community that wants to see everyone grow. A massive part of what makes Steps Bjj so special is Professor Fabio. He is, without a doubt, the best of the best. Having taught some of the absolute best athletes in the sport, his pedigree speaks for itself, yet he remains remarkably approachable, patient, and dedicated to every single student. His attention to detail during technical instruction is unmatched—he breaks down movements so that they truly click. What sets him apart even further is his active presence on the competition scene and his unwavering support for the team in competitions. Having a coach who leads by example and stands firmly in your corner makes all the difference. On top of world-class instruction and an amazing team culture, the academy itself is immaculately clean and well-maintained, making every training session a great experience. If you are looking for a place to learn, challenge yourself, and find a second family, look no further than Steps Bjj. Highly, highly recommended! 🥋🔥

Frequently Asked Questions
How does ProsperQR work for gyms?
Place a ProsperQR stand at the front desk or near the exit turnstile. When customers scan the QR code or tap with NFC, they're taken directly to your Google review page. No app downloads, no accounts to create — they leave a review in under 30 seconds.
Where should I place the ProsperQR stand in my gym?
The best placement is at the front desk or near the exit turnstile — right where customers are most satisfied with your service. You want to catch them at their happiest moment so the review reflects their best experience.
How many more reviews can my gym expect?
Results vary, but businesses using ProsperQR typically see a significant increase in their Google reviews within the first month. The key is that you're asking at the right moment — in person, when the customer is happy. Customers are 87% more likely to leave a review when asked in person.
How long does setup take?
Less than 60 seconds. Just connect your Google Business Profile, and your ProsperQR stand is ready to go. No technical knowledge required — if you can scan a QR code, you can set it up.
Does ProsperQR work with Google Business Profile?
Yes. ProsperQR connects directly to your Google Business Profile. Every review collected goes straight to your Google listing, boosting your rating and your rank on Google.
What if a customer wants to leave a negative review?
ProsperQR links directly to Google — all reviews are authentic. However, asking in person at the point of satisfaction means happy customers are far more likely to leave a review. Plus, ProsperQR includes review monitoring and AI-written auto-replies to help you respond to every review professionally.
