5 Stars – Climate Change Studio Just Ruined Regular Life For Me (In the Best Way) Westwood Fitness just gave birth to a sweet baby boy of wellness called the Climate Change Studio! And that baby just dropped a wellness bomb on your excuses. I walked in a little skeptical and walked out feeling like a Viking! This place doesn’t play around with your “wellness journey” – it grabs your nervous system by the throat and says, “We’re doing contrast therapy whether you like it or not.” The private traditional sauna? Authentic dry heat that makes you sweat out every bad decision you’ve ever made while your muscles sing hallelujah. Then you hit those ice-cold plunges and your body goes full “WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING”. I went from “eh, kinda sore from CrossFit” to “I could fight a grizzly” in one session. The community options are there if you want to bond with other people that care about their wellness, but the plunges let you scream in peace or out loud as I could hear people “going through it” from the sauna. The name is the most perfect branding I’ve seen. “Climate Change”? Yeah, no kidding they change your recovery from ZERO to HERO –Science backs it up, but who cares when it feels this good? Staff knows their stuff, the place is clean enough to perform surgery in, and the whole setup is built for people who actually take recovery seriously instead of just posting about it. Founding member rates? Get in there big dog, or stay basic forever. Do yourself a favor: Book the damn session. Climate Change didn’t just meet my expectations – it drop-kicked them into next week and left me begging for more punishment. 10/10 Westwood is truly a FITNESS EXPERIENCE! Go. Now. Your body will thank you while your mind questions every life choice that led you here (in a good way). 🔥❄️ Pro tip: Bring a friend so you can both suffer gloriously together.

I moved to FW from Ohio this past fall and wanted to try CrossFit. Life got hard with work and left me with a lot of questions, but the coaches and community at Westwood were always a light to me and helped me through a difficult season. They are also the most detailed/motivating/encouraging coaches you will find in DFW. The new facility is top tier for any kind of training you want to do too. Highly recommend and worth every penny.

What a wonderful community filled with the best coaches, best people, and best amenities. I’m so grateful for the way to coaches and staff care for each person that walks through the door. The coaching is top-notch and the programming pushes me to be my best self. I highly recommend Westwood and can’t wait to see how this community continues to flourish!

This is THE premiere gym around in the DFW. Dare I say, the nation. I have not found another gym as dialed and friendly as Westwood. The owner is such an amazing individual who deeply cares for everyone’s success. The staff are top tier. Come and check it out for yourself. You’ll find yourself never leaving once you come in.

Hands down the best and nicest gym in Fort Worth. CrossFit programming and coaching are phenomenal, the open gym side has everything you’d want for CrossFit and Hyrox workouts, and the traditional gym has all the equipment you would ever need. Locker rooms and showers are pristine, and the culture is very welcoming, even for new comers!

I am a "multi-injury" person. I first went to Miles for a tennis elbow issue. In years past, the idea was to rest the elbow until it didn't hurt anymore. That took 6 - 8 months. The new thinking is to build up the forearm, play a little, but, smarter, controlled and scheduled. My arm was completely healed up in 2 months and, I didn't have to spend all that time away from the sports that I love. Next was the left knee. We were rehabbing that, again, still playing sports but smartly and, it was seeing steady improvement.... until, I decided to injure the right knee playing singles tennis (not advised by the way). In the many months that I was working with Miles, both knees improved even though the right one had several tears. The environment there is great too! Rather than just a PT office with equipment, it also offers Performance training for athletes of all ages. It is SO fun, and inspiring, to see these athletes in action. The whole team is great to be around but Miles helped me so much and, I am able to continue to follow the program and am continuing to improve. I will go no where else in the future. Highly, highly recommended!

Had the absolute best experience with Miles. I was dealing with pain in my right foot. Doctor told me it was possibly plantar fasciitis. Miles evaluated me the first time I saw him and was not sold that this was my diagnosis. He was correct and determined I had strained a nerve. Over the course of just a few PT sessions, Miles helped to rid me of my pain and got me 100% back to normal activity. I am forever thankful to Miles and will certainly work with him again in the future if/when future issues arise.
