Great place to train. The coaches are knowledgeable, patient, and make everyone feel welcome no matter your experience level. The atmosphere is friendly, the training is solid, and you can tell everyone genuinely wants to help each other improve. Definitely recommend this dojo to anyone looking to start or level up their jiu jitsu.

As an adult who has never done anything like this before, I have to give super kudos to Lowell, Kyle and Regina! It is very comfortable and welcoming. Thoughtful instruction makes it easy to understand moves and the pace keeps you moving. If you ever have even considered this for yourself or family, I highly recommend this Academy.

Andrew is an amazing coach and great competitor! Now he as an amazing spacious gym! Great mats great aesthetics and always super clean! One thing that always impressed me when he was coaching the kids and even the adult classes was his awareness and attentiveness! Overall great environment to train in!

I had very little experience prior to training here and after nearly two months it's clear I've noticeably progressed week by week. From concept to drilling to rolling live I've had a great experience so far. I took their 4-week beginner workshop in March and continued into April with their foundations classes. The coaches are patient, knowledgeable, and attentive to each member. Professor Anthony is an excellent instructor—he takes every step needed for beginners to understand the core elements of jiu-jitsu that require the most attention in these earlier stages. The energy and martial culture established by the staff for each class is worth noting too: it is focused, smooth, and avoids wasted effort and time.

Kata is great! I took the beginner jiu jitsu class to learn the basics and enjoy a good workout. Anthony, Scott and Nate were all such wonderful and supportive instructors. I felt challenged, yet safe. The dojo is also well-maintained, which I very much appreciate. I'd recommend them to anyone!

We absolutely love training in jiu-jitsu at this studio! Professor Andrew is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and so kind with our children. As newcomers to the sport, we weren’t sure what to expect, but it has been an amazing experience. Our child has developed greater discipline and focus through these classes. The class schedule is very convenient, with after-school times and multiple days available each week. Our son genuinely looks forward to every class. Kiana, who helps run the studio, is welcoming, supportive, and especially helpful to those who are new. And Smiley is always there as the sweetest, most helpful paw! 🐾 Highly recommend, and the pricing is great as well!

My 6 year old goes here and has been since November. He absolutely loves it and gets excited for every class. Andrew is a fantastic professor, and the vibes there are always great! Definitely recommend

Two months ago we decided to have the kids join and the moment we walked into the studio we were warmly greeted by Professor Andrew and he took time to answer our questions then invited the kids for a trial class. Needless to say the kids are hooked. His attention to detail and the way he runs the class for the kids is amazing to watch. Coach Josh and his wife also help out and are great with the kids. Thank you for working with our kids and teaching them BJJ. We hope other parents consider this valuable discipline and stop in the studio like we did and give it a try! If you ain’t rollin get strollin!
