Claudia was so helpful from getting us a tour of the home & made the process super easy to apply! We toured it on a Tuesday, got approved on Thursday & we moved in that following Tuesday!! ☺️ Veronica & Catherine were also very informative & attentive to all our questions & concerns when handling all the final sign off paperwork. Melissa, the agent who we met on our move in day was also super nice as well. So far we had nothing but great customer service & we absolutely LOVE our new home!! I don’t usually write long reviews, but after the year my family has been through, staying silent wasn’t an option. As a business owner, I have incredibly high expectations for customer service and communication, and Melissa didn’t just meet them, she completely redefined them. By late 2025, our lives were an emotional rollercoaster.
