Repeat customer. My agent from Caldwell Banker out of South Windsor office blotched the sale of my home. The buyers agent was from the same office as well. Behind the scenes both agents orchestrated never ending concessions (aka extortion, items never discussed and never part of the contract). Demanding not just an additional 4K at a closing for inspection they failed to perform two weeks prior but also demanded to use company that was known and used frequently by their office. Attorneys office pulled the sale through. Despite the despicable unethical behavior and betrayal by my agent, we closed and got the check by the end of the day! The attorneys office was able to arrange for the 4K to be escrowed. Forever grateful! Office runs with efficiency that’s enviable!
