Trevor was our realtor when we purchased our first home in Grand Haven in 2022. Fast forward to 2026 and we sold that same home with Trevor as our realtor again. Trevor is friendly, communicative and very knowledgeable about the market. The process of listing to selling our house was thorough while also being seamless and efficient which we appreciated as we were moving out of state. Trevor was helpful with answering any questions and also offered recommendations when we asked about cleaning companies, moving companies, realtors in Virginia etc. When we closed on our home, he was thoughtful in gifting our daughter the book “The Berenstain Bears Moving Day.” We recommend Trevor and had a wonderful experience working with him!

We had an exceptional experience working with Trevor Bartkowiak at RE/MAX Lakeshore to sell my mother’s home as she was downsizing. From our very first walkthrough, Trevor’s attention to detail stood out. He carefully walked the entire property, took extensive notes, and gave us practical advice about the small repairs and improvements that would make the biggest difference before listing. He truly became a one-stop solution, connecting and coordinating us with trusted professionals for photography, repairs, cleaning, the estate sale, and the final removal of items from the home. Having Trevor and his network available to help manage all those moving pieces took an enormous amount of stress out of the process. We closed our house in July 2026. I picked Rick to work with after interviewing multiple agents. Rick's strengths: He is proactive in checking comps and inspection reports, great communication and responds ASAP and has a good sense of quality/ identification of bad flips. Rick manages/invests property in the bay area so is experienced with remodels and what to look for when things are not done right. The bay area market has a lot of older houses that get updated and put on the market, I felt like this is a skill that would be helpful for me when buying a property. Rick does a good job of doing market research on comps, he advises what the house would probably sell for and gives you advice on what to put the offer at OR a warning that a house is intentionally underprice for multiple offers/or something might be wrong with it. Rick went with us to look at every single property we were interested in and did the walkthroughs with us and shared feedback as we walked through. When I was ready to make an offer, with his experience and advice I placed a competitive offer that got accepted.... below listing price after negotiating. This is because the house was listed way over the neighbourhood comps and Rick did the research / advice on what to price the house at for the offer. Rick also has a team of construction folks that he works with and also is a resource in that regard if you wanted to do any work on the property before you move in. TLDR, Rick is fast to respond, knowledgeable about the east bay market, knows how to make good competitive offers, good eye for inspection reports and fast flips, honest and easy to work with. I would use him again for future real estate needs or be happy to be reference for anyone who is looking to use his services
