My neighbors and I appreciate everything the folks at Real Property Management of the Triad do to make Oak Leaf Apartments a nice place to live. They keep the grounds well maintained and respond quickly to maintenance requests. The RPMT portal also makes it easy to pay rent and submit maintenance requests.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Chad as the listing agent on a transaction that my title company handled, and he was truly wonderful to work with! Being on the title side, I get the opportunity to work with many real estate agents, and you quickly see which agents go the extra mile for their clients. Chad was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and stayed involved throughout the entire transaction. He communicated well with everyone and genuinely cared about making sure his sellers had a smooth experience all the way through closing. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, having an agent who communicates, stays on top of the details, and works well with everyone involved in the transaction is incredibly important. Chad is that kind of agent, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a Realtor. I hope we have the opportunity to work together on many more closings!

Cindy and Ed Viruez were recommended by a friend of mine to help my mom sell her house. From the moment we connected, Ed and Cindy were very insightful, upfront, and helpful in explaining the process of getting the house on the market. My mom doesn’t speak English very well, so it was important for us to find a realtor who could communicate with her in Spanish. Ed speaks Spanish, and Cindy was also very patient and understanding with my mom, which made the entire experience much more comfortable for everyone. We were ready to get the house on the market, and Ed and Cindy matched our motivation and moved quickly. Before we knew it, they had the house listed and showings were scheduled. Within the first week, we received an offer that was right around what my mom was hoping to get. Ed and Cindy did a great job negotiating with the buyer and helping us reach an agreement that my mom was comfortable with. By the end of the first week, we had accepted the offer, and by the second week, we were closing on the house. They were also very flexible and accommodating when it came to handling paperwork in person, which was especially helpful because my mom isn’t very comfortable with technology. Overall, we had a great experience with Cindy and Ed Viruez and their team. They were professional, responsive, understanding, and made the entire process much easier for my mom and our family. If you’re looking to sell or buy a house, I would definitely recommend Cindy and Ed Viruez!

As a buyer's agent, I work with a lot of listing agents, and it's rare that one stands out the way Katy Kingery did. On a recent transaction, Katy took real time to understand not just me, but my clients and what mattered to them. When a concern came up during the process, she worked with us to research it properly and get real answers, rather than brushing past it to keep things moving. We ultimately didn't move forward with the purchase, but that had nothing to do with how well Katy did her job. If you're considering listing your home, Katy is the kind of agent who will protect your interests thoroughly while still treating the people on the other side of the deal with honesty and respect. I can not say enough good things about Chad. He was exceptional! He went above and beyond for us, which is honestly more than any realtor I have ever worked with. As a realtor coming from another state, I can say I have worked with lots of agents in my time. From start to finish, he was extremely knowledgeable of the area, very communicative, and easy to get ahold of no matter what time of day or night. Moving from out of state he made the process absolutely seamless as he set everything up for us, went to all the inspections, hooked us up with the best lender, the best inspectors, and made sure we had the best options for utilities, internet and such. As we were not able to close in state Chad even went to the house after closing to make sure utilities switched over and were working, and went again prior to us driving down late at night to make sure all the exterior lights were turned on so we wouldn’t drive up to a dark house. I’m sure I’m missing some of the amazing things he did along the way, it was just so incredibly seamless. Thank you Chad for all your hard work! Anyone would be lucky to have this man as an agent!
