**Excellence is standard** I am an average 40 something, mom of three, and nurse with hospital surgical experience. I took a leap toward self care and ended up consulting with Dr. Charvet about getting a mommy makeover. My first impressions were all positive. I loved his office, it smelled good and was spotless. Every member of his staff that I came into contact with was friendly and accommodating. Dr. Charvet took his time with me and explained everything in simple terms as well as referencing medical journals on best practices (which eased my RN side). I felt very comfortable to discuss my biggest insecurity - my body. My body that has is 49 years old, birthed three children, worked out on thousands of occasions and still let me down on appearance. After paying for 4 consults with 4 different recommended, well-known plastic surgeons in the greater New Orleans area, I kept coming back to Dr. Charvet. He worked with my husband and I and planned every step of my procedure, very concierge- like. He gave us his direct phone number. I had a complete mommy makeover mid January 2026. This included a breast lift and augmentation, tummy tuck with major muscle repair, liposuction 360, fat grafting to the breast and buttock and lastly another procedure on the buttock and thigh to minimize fat dimpling. Yes! I know that is a mouthful! A few days before my surgery the nurse anesthetist called and we reviewed the process for anesthesia. Dr. Charvet has his own, in-office surgical suit. The day of the surgery, that same CRNA greeting me with the friendliest smile and made me feel at ease. She is very talented. Her pain relieving techniques were exquisite and I am so glad she was on my surgical team! My recovery went smoothly and I am now about 5 months out. I have had at least three post surgical visits which is very standard at Dr. Charvet's office. Each time my husband and I arrive we are warmly greeted by the staff and now feel like part of the family. Dr. Charvet and his team have gone out of their way to ensure my husband and I are happy with the results. Thanks to Dr. Charvet & team, I have gone from a-line dress to fitted, fabulous and sexy dress. I have gone from bathing suit dress to bikini wearing momma. (This has caused the teenagers some embarrassment but who cares). I have gone from no one notices me as I walk into the room to everyone turns to look. I am loving this newly found confidence that Magnolia Plastic Surgery has helped me achieve! It is the body I always knew was there somewhere… Bottom line: I highly recommend them. Do yourself a favor and just go for it. I’m sure like me you will not regret it. Tell them I sent Ya!

Dr. Charvet and his whole team are absolutely amazing! From beginning to the end of this process, I experienced the best care. Dr. Wiegmann has an amazing bedside manner and always treats his patients with dignity and respect. As an older patient, I was understandably nervous about undergoing multiple procedures, but he completely put my fears at ease. He has performed three procedures for me, removing a significant amount of excess skin from my arms, legs, and stomach, along with a breast augmentation, and the results have been incredible. What truly sets him apart is the level of care he provides. He checked on me daily and made me feel supported every step of the way. His skill, compassion, and attention to detail are extraordinary. I had consulted with several plastic surgeons before meeting Dr. Wiegmann. I knew immediately he was the surgeon for me. He was so kind, informative, and very easy to talk to. I was worried about how good of results I could achieve because I’m in my 60s. Plus, with past childbirth and a recent 40 pound weight loss, my belly looked pretty bad. I was wondering if at my age I would be able to get the tight, smooth look that I see in other people’s “afters.” Well, I couldn’t be more pleased. I have not had an abdomen like this since I was 18 years old. I recently went on a trip to the Caribbean and proudly wore a bikini! I highly recommend Dr. Wiegmann. Oh, and his belly buttons? The best!

Dr. Wiegmann is truly exceptional. I spent a great deal of time researching before choosing a surgeon, and ultimately traveled from out of state for my mommy makeover… and it was 💯 worth it! From the very beginning, Dr. Wiggy took the time to really listen to my goals and worked with me to create a surgical plan that felt personalized and thoughtful. I never felt rushed or overlooked. His communication, both before and after the procedure, was outstanding. He made himself available for questions at every stage, no matter how small, which gave me a great deal of confidence and peace of mind. Beyond his technical expertise, which is evident in my results, he is also incredibly caring and compassionate. That combination is rare and made the entire experience even more positive. After months of careful planning and researching surgeons, I set a consult appointment with Dr. Wiegmann from DPSI and set my surgery date before the appointment was over. I was that sure he was my surgeon! I had my procedures done (just about everything under the sun needed help) on January 2, 2026 and I have to say, just wow. I am thrilled with my results! Dr. Wiegmann is an artisan, immensely skilled and detailed in his work. Attentive and kind, he listened carefully to my litany of questions and provided helpful and honest feedback throughout the entire process. Stats: 59 yr. old BA, extended tt, 360 lipo, muscle repair, complete breast reconstruction and lift Even though his schedule is swamped, you will feel like you’re his only patient. How incredible is that! He will walk with you through the entire process, from start to finish. I had a few healing challenges but he was there every step of the way and never made me feel like a burden. Ever. From phone calls and texts to the follow up appointments, it was very evident that my healing was his number one concern. He truly cares about his patients! And for that, I am grateful. Zero regrets. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Wiegmann. I got a breast augmentation, life and chin lipo done and my results are great. He’s a very genuine person which is hard to find in the plastic surgeon industry. He will go at bat for you and truly wants the very best for his patients. Dr. Charvet has been incredible to work with from initial consult through my current 3 month-post op status.
