I was incredibly impressed with the EmUrgency Clinic. We were taken care of from the moment we came through the door until we left. It’s a family-owned clinic and it felt so much more friendly and caring than any other medical care clinic I’ve ever been in during my 71 years! They did comprehensive X-rays, gave me a diagnosis that was clearly explained, a “boot” for my broken foot and a good referral to a podiatrist. They LISTENED and responded to every single question I had. This is a very new (only a few months old) urgent care facility and I urge anyone with an immediate medical need to go there. You will receive excellent treatment from a very caring, qualified staff!

I had a recent visit to urgent care, and I want to take a moment to recognize one staff member who truly went above and beyond. The person was incredibly professional, patient, and compassionate throughout the entire process. They made a situation that could have easily been stressful feel much more comfortable. She genuinely seemed to care about my comfort rather than simply rushing through the task. Their kindness and attention really stood out to me. People often remember the medical care they receive, but they also remember how they were treated as a person. This individual demonstrated exactly what excellent patient care should look like. I sincerely appreciate the extra effort they made and the way they helped put me at ease. A special thank-you to them for going above and beyond.
