I went to DOCS for a minor issue and my experience was remarkable. The staff and Michelle Tolbert APRN FNP, were exceptional. I was not a number or just another person with an appointment. The staff was professional and caring. Michelle Tolbert is outstanding with her knowledge and bed side manner. I currently work in the medical profession for over 25 years and I do not see offices like NM DOCS anymore meaning they treated me like I have been a patient for years even tho they did not know me. They took their time and I was never rushed out the door like on an assembly line which is what medicine has become for patients. All around a #10 for my visit, care and treatment. I will be going back possibly becoming a patient for my internal care. I highly recommend NM DOCS for all your care and treatments. They offer a lot of other services too it's not just for sick visits.
