I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Jonathan Chung and the entire team at Keystone Chiropractic. Dr. Chung has been absolutely fantastic — incredibly patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely committed to helping his patients. He has helped me address some concerns that I had been dealing with for quite some time, and I have been extremely appreciative of the care and attention he has provided throughout the process. Tonya and Paige are equally wonderful. They always greet you with a smile and are consistently polite, professional, and helpful. They have also been incredibly accommodating whenever I’ve needed to reschedule an appointment or make a last-minute adjustment around my calendar, which I greatly appreciate. The entire practice is welcoming, professional, and very well run. The facility is always extremely clean and well maintained, and you can tell that everyone there takes pride in creating a great experience for their patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Chung and the team at Keystone Chiropractic and truly cannot speak highly enough of everyone at the practice.

Dr. Portela is hands down the BEST chiropractor I've ever been to! After suffering from neck and back pain for months from a gonstead chiropractic injury, he was able to help me feel 100% again! His amazing NUCCA skills have truly given me my life back and for that I am forever grateful. I would give him 10 stars if I could!;) The front desk staff, Mike and Lizz, are wonderful too! They make scheduling a breeze and are always kind and helpful. My 12 year old daughter has started seeing Dr. Portela too and her spine is happy and healthy. We drive 2 hours to see him because he's worth it!

Came here for a day pass while staying in Syracuse, very nice gym :) very clean, I used the arc trainer and the treadmill. Everything worked very well. The bathrooms are super clean and nice, and the day pass was a reasonable price. Very quiet at 7:00am. Overall no complaints at all I would definitely return, and recommend.
