The team at Evolution are 100% professional and amazing physical therapists and so much more. Dr. Noel is truly amazing professional, knowledgeable, his into details and really cares about his patients. He takes his time to explain everything and makes sure you feel comfortable during your treatment. Blanca at the front desk is so kind and welcoming. She’s always helpful, patient, and greets everyone with a warm smile. The entire staff is very friendly, respectful, and super kind. They create such a positive and supportive environment. This is my second round of visits to Miles at Evolution Physical Therapy. I first come to Evolution with an acute shoulder injury—I had twice dislocated my shoulder while lifting heavy—and Miles not only understood the injury, but also was able to design a rehab program that allowed me to continue to make athletic progress and stay active while correcting the injury. That was almost three years ago, and the shoulder is stronger and has vastly improved range of motion. I returned to Evolution—and specifically to Miles—this fall with a herniated disc in my low back, after having several (non-consecutive) days of near-immobility and debilitating pain. I am a personal trainer, love lifting and performing power work, and I am a regular combat sports athlete, so I wanted the pain to improve but also did not want to lose time at the activities I love. Again, Miles took into consideration my athletic lifestyle when developing a thoughtful program to strengthen the musculature around the injury, and encouraged me to give myself some smooth and gentle movements to help “grease the groove,” and get my whole body moving more easily. After a few months, I am having ZERO debilitating pain days, and using the workouts and movements from Miles took decrease pain and improve movement patterns overall. I love that Miles and Evolution focus on reshaping issues through practical, athletic movements and routines. I wholly recommend Evolution—and if you can see him, Miles. I am pushing 50, so I know that these come up, and I will definitely be back in the event of another injury/issue/quirk.
