I called my vet 4 times because I was waiting for them to call in 3 meds for my bunny Smudge. I knew if they didn’t call the meds in soon I wouldn’t be able to get the meds until Monday. The Prescott compounding pharmacy is not open on the weekends and Smudge needed his meds!!! This pharmacy just kept checking with me to see if the vet had called in the meds yet. Finally, Madison, from this pharmacy actually called the vet herself to get the prescriptions! She knew and understood how badly Smudge needed his meds and did what it took to get them filled before the weekend! I give them an A+++++++!!!!!!!

They are always on top of things! I receive a text a couple of weeks before my prescription is due for a refill, making the whole process so easy. They confirm my payment, and if I ask, they gladly mail it to me. Their customer service is outstanding, and everyone is so helpful and efficient. They truly make managing my prescription stress-free. They are the best!

Due to a devastating death of my nephew ...I had to go to Wisconsin for memorial and I was flat our of my prescription. I live 1.5 hours away and have to have it mailed to me. The normal process meant it would not get to me in time...and they cannot ship out of state. So they went into high gear...made it same day...AND SHIPPED IT by personally taking it to the post office. I got it the Next day and I would have been without my meds for a month away if they didn't go the extra 10 miles for me. God bless them one and all!
