I recently started using Potter’s House Apothecary a couple of months ago for my hormone replacement therapy, and I have been so impressed with their service. I was concerned that I might run out of my medication before I was able to get my refill, but the pharmacist was incredibly helpful and worked with me to make sure I received my prescription in a very timely manner. Their customer service has been outstanding, and everyone I’ve talked with has been professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciate the care they’ve shown me as a customer. I’m very happy I found Potter’s House Apothecary and will definitely be a returning customer. I highly recommend them.😁

Thx you dear❤️ your vibe is beyond pleasant and appreciated😊 August 4, 2026 at 12:20 However Allison was needed for corrective Guidance for some of the perhaps newer and younger generation at this location. And I have to say Allison has done an amazing job encouraging this team to get on the same page! They now benefit this Compound Pharmacy offering each customer knowledge and satisfactory. Allison IS MOST DEFINITELY AN ASSET 🥰 Abby regarding Insur billing during that time frame, most definitely could’ve handled the calls more positively and a tad bit more knowledgeable regarding insurance benefits however, I’m sure this was attended to. Just a friendly reminder, all plans are completely different and just because one plan or several plans Don’t cover a certain Compound does not mean that another will not THANK YOU Danielle For pointing this out as you’re appreciated for Going above and beyond to verify😊 I know my insurance plan as I have Lupus (I’m a frequent flyer so say) and when I pointed that out and was shut down by Abby, but then Danielle verified, I was correct that made all the difference! I didn't know what to expect going here as I had never heard of Potter's House. However, once I walked in the door, I was absolutely amazed! The place was huge, clean, good ambiance, and everyone was super friendly! Now this is an awesome place if you have to get your specialy RXs.

Potter's House Apothecary is truly a pharmacy that cares! It shows in everything they do from what I've seen. Starting with their hours- opening at 8am, when pretty much most (if not close to all) other pharmacies open at 9am. It shows in the friendly way they speak on the phone and in person, the simple no-fuss way of checkout and payment, and especially with how they went above and beyond to help me. I needed a compounded medication for my sick kitty, and was having difficulty getting it in a timely manner. I called Potter's House Apothecary this morning as a last ditch effert. They not only said they could do it for same-day pick up, but actually verified that it was in stock, and also that the lab could get it done today. Their location was easy to find and had plenty of parking. Drop-off was super easy and paying was even easier. Pricing was comparable to other pharmacies. Clean, open, welcoming environment inside. Everyone I've had contact with is so friendly, and so very helpful. I highly recommend them for all your pharmacy needs. THANK YOU SO MUCH POTTER'S HOUSE APOTHECARY!!!
