I recently visited my family medical group in Chino for a doctor's appointment and wanted to share my positive experience with the pharmacy located in the lobby. The pharmacy had everything I needed, and my medication was already prepared by the time I finished my visit. I had an amazing experience at Bio Restore with Dr. Jordan Buchla! I had been struggling/suffering with plantar fasciitis for quite a while, and the pain was affecting my workouts, daily routine, work, and overall quality of life. The title Familycare Pharmacy truly describes this Pharmacy. They truly care about you and your family. They give exceptional service. I'm so happy how quickly they work to take care of getting my medications to me. The interaction with the staff is always pleasant, Carla is absolutely amazing! I love that I can get my medications delivered to my door.

Just love the service from this pharmacy. My meds are always ready on time. They go above and beyond to help you. The pharmacist ANH is so helpful and very nice and the pharmacy manager. And also the other pharmacy clerk that works there.

My experience here was amazing. I was greeted at the door by the bright smiles of the staff at the front desk. I had a consultation with Jordan, she was amazing. She answered all my questions and explained everything in detail and in a manner that was easy to understand. I would recommend anyone who’s interested to visit!!

Aimee did my lips and Botox and I am so impressed! She was patient and kind and explained step by step what she was doing. Aimee listened to what I was expecting and made it happen. Top notch! After going to a med spa that I wasn’t completely happy with I am beyond thrilled I found her. 10/10 do recommend! They also offer an entire menu of wellness tools that you need to check out!
