Dr. Scaccia has exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend him! I traveled from Florida for an upper and lower vermilion lip advancement (AKA direct lift lift) and neck liposuction. I was confident in my decision based on his decades of experience, outstanding reputation, and beautiful plastic surgery results. The procedure was done with local anesthesia and was completely painless. I am already very happy with my results at 1 week post op - he helped me achieve more red lip show, a shorter philtrum and a more contoured neck/jawline, which were my main concerns! Glad I trusted him to help me achieve my aesthetic goals. His office staff/nurses were also welcoming and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process.

If I could give this top doctor 10 stars I would! I was very worried about two skin growths on my upper back that my primary care doctor told me I needed to have looked at as soon as possible. I chose Dr Scaccia as many of my friends mentioned how thorough and skilled he is as a surgeon. He immediately biopsied both and when results came back skin cancer (basal cell carcinoma) he quickly set me up to have them removed in his office operating room. Even though I was awake for the surgery, it was virtually painless and so convenient as he had the removed cancers examined at the hospital pathology department across the street, where he was told by the pathologist that he had successfully removed all of the cancers while I was still on the OR table. His office and OR are so clean and modern and staff are super nice....even driving me home after surgery. The scars so far look great and are almost invisible. Dr Scaccia was always available for any questions and even met me in his office on a Sunday once when I had a concern that turned out to be nothing. I know his specialty is nose and sinuses but I guess you can add skin cancer to his list too!! Thank you Dr Scaccia and staff.

Dr. Scaccia literally saved my life. I had been dealing with laryngitis for 2 months and both an ENT and an internist thought it was allergies. My next referral was to an allergist. Before that appointment, I went to Dr. Scaccia. He immediately scoped me and found I had a paralyzed vocal cord. He immediately sent me for CT scans to rule out tumors. It turned out I had cancer. I never would have known without the expertise of Dr. Scaccia. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He takes the time to explain everything to you in detail. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Scaccia performed my septo/rhinoplasty and I truly could not be happier with my results. Even just one week post op, most of my swelling had already gone down and I could breathe so much better than I ever could before surgery. He also removed the bump on my nose and I am beyond happy with how it looks. The results are natural and exactly what I was hoping for. During all of my appointments, he was very attentive and took the time to answer my questions and really listen to my concerns. I would definitely recommend him to anyone considering this procedure.

Dr. Scaccia and his team are truly amazing. Now three months post-op from septoplasty, turbinectomy, and sinus surgery, the improvement in quality of life has been incredible. Dr Scaccia was truly amazing! I went to so many doctors in the area and all of them told me I just had a sinus infection. doctor scaccia took a look an order a CAT scan immediately, they saw that I had a deviated septum, that’s why I had a hard time breathing. Very informational on the whole surgery and process. He and his staff were very attentive on my after care. Would recommend him highly to anyone that’s having troubles breathing.

Dr.Scaccia is one of the best surgeons In NJ.I had my nose done by Dr Scaccia and it came out perfect . He is meticulous with perfection . I can breath again and love it esthetically .. Definitely recommend !
