All staff members were professional and kind. Virginia assisted Dr Constantino with my tooth extraction and was very helpful. I do not remember the person who prepped. She was also super. Someone called me the next morning to ensure that I was still doing well which exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Bayside Oral & Facial Surgery.

My son was born missing nine adult teeth, and as his baby teeth began to fall out, it became an emotional struggle for him. He stopped smiling and grew very self-conscious about the gaps where his adult teeth never came in. As a mom, that was incredibly hard to watch. In 2023, our dentist recommended we speak with an orthodontist to create a long-term plan to restore his smile. By November 2023, he had braces put on to begin straightening his teeth and creating space for future implants. We were then referred to Dr. Gracia at Advanced Dental in Norton, and from the very first consultation, we knew we were in the right hands. Dr. Gracia was compassionate, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain every step of the process. Most importantly, he gave my son confidence and hope again. Dr. Gracia set a goal of having temporary teeth in place by Christmas—and he made it happen. Seeing my son smile again during the holidays meant everything. The entire team at Advanced Dental is outstanding. From the welcoming front desk staff to the dental assistants, office managers, and Anesthesiologists —everyone is kind, professional, and truly passionate about what they do. Thanks to Dr. Gracia and his team, my son has his SMILE back and his confidence. I am beyond grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.

I want to start of by saying that the forefront women of Bayside are the friendliest women I’ve encountered, that’s rare. The experience I had with Bayside was so professional and comforting. As a person that has really bad anxiety, having such great staff making you feel safe and comfortable is something that can’t be put into words. I called to get an appointment as soon as possible due to the severe pain I was experiencing and Olivia put me in for the next morning, I didn’t think it be that quick. I want to recognize Dr. Pierce, such a calm and gentle Dr. that guided me through the whole process in the most comforting way, an additional plus he called me later on that evening to check in on me and see how I was feeling after the procedure 👏🏽 I also want to give a special recognition to Damaris, from the moment she called me into the back she was absolutely so humble, attentive , caring, gentle, and kind is a understatement, she made me feel very calm and ready for something I was so nervous for. A recognition to Katelyn as well so sweet and down the earth. I had the absolute AMAZING team and I am thankful for the care they gave me throughout. I felt so calm in a nerve racking situation. 10 ⭐️ s if I could!!! Friendly, Professional and very knowledgeable. I go to Advance Dental Care, and have been for 20 years, because this staff stays on top of all the latest procedures, certified in so many areas. That knowledge allows me to put my complete trust and confidence in them. I have had my share of dental work done, and sure I get anxious, but there is never a need. Once the procedure is over, I feel foolish for being scared. I would never change to another practice.
