Great shopping experience! High level of honest and kind service, in a relaxed, no-pressure atmosphere, and a beautiful selection of original and distinct designer eyewear. I have received excellent eye care for many years at the Mickleover branch. When I needed eye injections for macula degeneration recently, my varifocals would not fit over the transparent eye shield, which must be worn for 24hrs. Margaret solved the problem for me and found some neat wrap around safety glasses. After replacing the clear lenses with my distance prescription I can now see well on ' injection days '. Delighted with this solution. I highly recommend the efficient, helpful service this practice provides.

Dr. Dhima is amazing. Her staff was friendly and check-in was fast. The technician explained every test before doing it. Dr. Dhima was wonderful, patient, and took the extra time to explain my test results and answered my questions about contact lens options. The office was clean and had a great frame selection. Highly recommend this office to everyone!

Steven was more than helpful with repairing my scratched progressive lenses that I ended up buying a few frames to add to my collection. Very professional, prompt, and personable. Cant recommend this place enough! If you're at Disneyland and you lose your glasses (Prescription or otherwise), go see Steven at New Specs Optical. If you've ever been to an optical place and been frustrated with back and forth trips, the runaround, etc, then you should probably head on down to New Specs.
