Dr. Modi and her team provided amazing health services and patient care. All the staff were so professional and kind. Dr. Modi listened to my health concerns and made me feel at ease discussing them. My first experience with Dr. Modi’s practice was welcoming, comforting and reassuring. The receptionist and nurse were encouraging and both possessed a genuine hospitable nature. Dr. Modi has a beautiful disposition and you can tell she is invested in her patient’s care. I left feeling that I found an incredible practice, and that I am exactly where I am supposed to be. They were wonderful, patient, and kind. It was my first appointment with Dr. Modi and my GPS sent me to a random location 20 minutes away from the office. I’m sure it was operator error but, as soon as I realized what happened I called the office to apologize. Not only were they not aggravated and didn’t charge me a penalty for not being there on time but, they managed to squeeze me into their schedule when I finally arrived at the office 25 to 30 minutes after my appointment had been scheduled. I will be returning to Dr. Modi for my annual visits as well as any other gynecology related issues. She is officially my new ObGyn!
