My journey started 5 months ago with my primary care physician, because I was tired constantly for the past year. My primary care recommended getting shots every 2 to four weeks, and the highs and the lows of energy, focus, and drive were awful. The blood tests were progressively getting worse. I met April at Mens Health and my T-level had dropped to 129 according to my blood test at Mens Health. No wonder I felt like a zombile. Anyway, fast forward 2 months, and my T-level is over 900, my energy, focus, and drive are back! Thank you to all the ladies at the Deer Valley location for being kind and efficient with my busy schedule.

I had a great experience at Gameday Medical Lab! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the entire process quick and easy. Friendly staff to help put you at ease if this is your first time dealing with men's health issues. Prices are fair and they are equipped to start therapy on the first visit. I started my TRT journey online and a friend recommended Gameday. He was right I signed up. You will too, give them a try.

Super easy process! Labs are done in house and results are in 20 minutes. Staff was friendly and super knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this place! My levels were quite low and I opted for the TRT injections. Very affordable!

I Highly recommend this Gameday team for anyone with any trouble with or doubts about ED. I have been a getting a combination of shock wave therapy and P Shots (EWST and PRP, platelet rich plasma injections) and the results are amazing. Not like “I Think I can tell” but more like “This is Amazing” and “I wish they had this thirty years ago” All this happening on my penis was almost as scary as it was embarrassing, but they have seen it all before and they are very good at making their patients comfortable…and it’s totally worth it.

This place is amazing. They have everything us men need from weight loss, testosterone, Msk treatments even vitamin shots. The staff is amazing. Big shout of to Ashley who works in the lab she is very friendly every time i come in. Arrowhead clinic is great.They are friendly and they offer so many services. If you ever visit ask for Ashley she is amazing I've never had someone take my blood and it didn't hurt I didn't realize she was even taking my blood and that's very rare for me.
