Arrived in the evening to Margie's cheerful and welcoming face. She made the long day better with a smile and friendly conversation. We did not have a reservation, and she made it so easy. She rates #1 for hotel front desk in all of my experience. The hotel is also clean, fresh, and family friendly. 10/10 and Margie was 9.9 of the 10!

Solid place to stay if you want to to be close to Irvington, Tarrytown, and Sleepy Hollow. I usually dislike staying in hotels but this one is well maintained.

Shout out to Bonnie at the restaurant; she was cheery and efficient too! Everything we tried was delicious. How do you make seasoned vegetables taste so good? The rooms felt clean and everyone we interacted with was pleasant.

My experience at the crowne plaza hotel has been amazing. Great staff and they have a good restaurant/bar. Jenni is an a wonderful bartender! Highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Indianapolis!

Such a cozy hotel with exceptional service! I’ve stayed here several times, and Jordan and Gina at the front desk are absolutely wonderful. They consistently provide warm, friendly, and efficient customer service, making every stay a pleasure. I keep coming back not only for the fantastic location but also for the genuine hospitality that makes this hotel feel so welcoming. Highly recommend!

The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and courteous. My favorite part was the restaurant in the main lobby. The food was made well, the bar tender Ken was really friendly and his service was top notch. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the neighborhood. I would give them 6 stars if I could

The staff is amazing at IHG Breezewood. So friendly and helpful. Great place and easy access to many things in the area. The breakfast is a COMPLETE breakfast with many options. The only reason for a 4 star on the room was my room was pretty stuffy/humid. Had to crank the ac to cool it down and the bathroom was still pretty stuffy.

Staff was very friendly and hospitable! Everyone we came in contact with from front desk, to bfast and dinner staff asked us how our stay was and if we needed anything. Only issue was water in shower took a few minutes to get hot. Would definitely stay here again!

Great value for what Super 8 has to offer! Location is perfect to get around...Spacious, Comfortable and Clean room! Perfect for our needs even though we did not use the gym nor pool - they even offered Free limo service to take you around town.
