We had a bit of a mix-up at the front desk earlier, but Elizabeth completely turned the experience around for us. What truly stood out was her genuine willingness to help and her calm, solution-oriented approach despite how busy things were. She didn’t just offer a quick fix—she went above and beyond by personally showing us three different room options so we could choose what worked best for us. Thanks to her effort and patience, we were able to get a room with a beautiful view of the snow-clad mountains, which made our stay extra special. We have traveled to Florida many years thousands of miles and hands down this place will be hard to beat great people location and clean safe hotel front desk and maintenance guy was totally awesome thanks for the knowledge on the local fishing spots we will definitely be back every spring break 🌱 ✌️❤️🌴

Great service at the bar! The bartender greeted me as soon as I walked through the door, she explained the menu as well as the weekly specials, if you want great service and a great personality I recommend visiting when Karla is working at the bar, i would come back just for the attention and interaction that the bartender Karla gives. Her amazing personality makes the experience unforgettable. Thank you Karla!

Another reliable Hyatt in a superb location. One star less because the rooms are not divided like the Savannah Hyatt I stayed in the night before, but still clean and what you come to expect from the brand. Renovations were underway, but can't hold that against the hotel.

We stay at a lot of IHGs this one has all that you typically expect from HIexpress + so much more! Hot tub, sauna, thoughtful touches like water bottles in exercise room and towels tied in a bow… you can tell the team that keeps this place going cares. Thanks!

I typically like Holiday Inn Express, this one is excellent. The staff, especially Jessica at the front desk, are great. The room was very nice and clean. The pool area was also very nice. Also, the location is very easy to get to, especially if you are coming from the North a they are the first exit of the bridge on southbound 75. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
