It was better when they first open, now I find myself returning what should be a new item according to the website description. I was told everything is returned from different stores.

As a new buyer I bid up an item as it was closing out under the impression that it was a silver flatware set because it had ‘Silver’ in the title, as opposed to silver plated. Upon picking up the item I was told it was silver plated and had immediate buyers remorse and admitted I had probably overpaid and made a mistake. After talking to Brayden on the phone and explaining my mistake, they honored my appeal and gave me a full refund for the amount I paid. This speaks volumes on the integrity and understanding of their buyers and will keep me coming back as a buyer for years to come. I just wanted to leave this review as a thank you for saving me the headache of a bad buy on an impulse bid. Overall I am very happy with PrimeTime and will continue to support the business due to their care and understanding for buyers of all kinds.
