I haven’t had any major issues with Vista Auction so far. Out of everything I’ve purchased, I’ve only received one product that I wasn’t happy with, and luckily I only paid $3 for it. In that case, I’ll admit I should have done more research beforehand. Had I looked into the product first, I would have realized it wasn’t highly rated even when purchased brand new. I’m not saying Vista Auction is perfect, but I do think some complaints could be avoided by researching the products before bidding and carefully reading the item descriptions. If a product only has 3.7 stars on Amazon when it’s brand new, you probably don’t want to take the chance on buying it used or returned. If a product is marked new and sealed, you get it home and it doesn't work, but there have been amazon complaints about things not working right out the box, then you probably should avoid that item. Also, no one is forcing anyone to bid higher than they’re comfortable with. If you’re unsure about an item, set a limit and stick to it. Auctions require a little self-control and research. I don’t think it’s fair to blame a business for every disappointing purchase when some of that responsibility falls on the buyer as well. For perspective, I’ve verified the retail prices of every item I’ve won. Combined, they retail for more than $1,300, and to date I’ve paid only about $500 for everything. That’s more than $800 in savings. Overall, my experience with Vista Auction has been very positive. Do your research, read the descriptions, know what an item is actually worth, and set a bidding limit. If you do that, there are some seriously good deals to be found.

I've been to both locations, and EVERYONE working there is great - friendly and helpful. We've had just a few items that had to be returned, but had no problem returning them. The app is easy to use and helped.us save A LOT on items we were planning to buy anyway. Definitely recommend!

Always look at what condition or expiration date a product is/has. I've bought new things that didn't work or was broken that was listed as new sealed. So read return policy.
