Eva is kind, thorough, non-judgmental, and very passionate about what she does—it really comes across in the way she speaks to her patients. Highly recommend this medical center. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive. After going through several other primary doctors, I met Dr. Mi Jung Kim. She provided appropriate prescriptions for my conditions after numerous medical exams. Most importantly, she always spends sufficient time with her patients during consultations. I truly feel cared for. San Juan Medical Center is highly recommended for your health concerns.

Dr. Kim is incredibly kind and caring, and the nurse (Kani) was amazing with my blood work too — I didn’t feel any pain at all! It’s a bit far from my home, but it’s totally worth it! :)

Gave Doc’s a try, as I didn’t want to spend my only day off in the emergency room at a hospital. The staff was very courteous and friendly. I was promptly greeted with a smile and in less than 30 minutes I had a small cyst drained and removed, I was expecting to be sent to a specialist elsewhere at a later date. Lo and behold the procedure was done in your office right away . This is by far the best medical experience I’ve ever had and the cost was very reasonable. I wish to add a great big thank you to the staff!

February 21, 2026 I was been feeling little hard to move my left hand and leg from 3 days. After clocking out my regular shift, I directly went to the VitalCare Express. They have started the diagnosis on me, for the issue. When trying to stand up, I directly fell on the Doctor. 911 was called, and I have been admitted into the Welstar, Roswel ER. I really like the Professionalism and care shown by Team at the clinic. They have received me well and have started the diagnosis procedure without any delay. I was having language problem, but they have understood every bit of my sentence and address me with care. Especially Azeema (Medical Personnel) quickly understood I was low of sugars, even before I got diagnosed(which happened to be the issue) and offer me goodies, which has actually brought my sugar levels back to normal, before admitting into the ER. The quick actions with real time experience actually have helped me stabilize my stroke, which was about to get worse. I have been in the Welstar ER for a good week and then got healed. I had to go to the Clinic with my family, to thank them in person. This is what is needed, especially at the time of an Emergency of any kind. And most definitly on a Medical Emergency. Please continue to do the good work. Very thankful to the Team VitalCare Express, Roswell!!
