I had such a wonderful experience with Roxanna at San Juan Medical Center! She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I arrived. She made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for, and took the time to make sure everything was explained and that I felt at ease throughout my visit. Highly recommend! This is my first time coming to this clinic and the experience was excellent. Staff was friendly and trustworthy..Huge thank you to a lady name Roxanna she was very helpful, answered my questions and made me feel very comfortable with all the enrollment. I am so glad I found this place! I originally chose this location simply because it was convenient, but my first visit was absolutely wonderful. Every single staff member I met was so kind and helpful. I especially want to shout out Connie, Roxanna, and their N.P. Mijung Kim. They were so warm and welcoming from the first phone call and contact. I regret not getting everyone else’s name, so I’ll definitely be leaving another comment after my follow-up appointment to give credit where it's due!

Amazing and attentive staff! Everyone worked together to help me. I work as a caregiver. I cant leave until I get off at 8 pm. Today I noticed that a nail infection in my cuticle got worse. My finger is swollen and in pain. My insurance is limited. I was not sure what to do, if i could find an urgent care that would be open when I got off. I called this location. They said they close at 6. I said that would not work because I get off at 8. A nice man called me back after I hung up in frustration. They offered me a zoom visit. Thank goodness, I forgot this was an option. The nice lady got me the antibiotics I desperately needed before my finger either exploded or fell off like it felt it was going to. I will pick them up on my way home. Thank you everyone! Now this is how you run an office and truly care about people. Thank you so much !
