One very important lesson my husband and I learned is this is a very time consuming, detailed, process. Shannon and her team are there for you every step of the way and you will need them. There are always questions and or thoughts that pop up even when you think all is done. DeWall law also offers a wonderful maintenance program, which I personally recommend. This keeps you protected if there are any issues, changes you wish to make in the future. Without paying an hourly fee which can get very expensive. Believe me, we’ve had changes, it happens.
