Five stars for Fall Creek, largely thanks to Michael in maintenance. Maintenance can be a headache at some complexes, but Michael makes it seamless. He is always friendly, respectful of my space, and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is working perfectly before he leaves. His hard work and positive attitude really make this place feel like home.

I’ve had a great experience living at Fall Creek Square, but I specifically want to shout out Michael from the maintenance team. Every time I’ve put in a work order, he’s been incredibly prompt and professional. He doesn't just 'patch' things up; he actually takes the time to fix them correctly the first time. It’s a huge relief knowing the property is in such capable hands!

I’ve been living here for a couple of months and it’s a cool spot. It’s quiet and peaceful. The maintenance is fast and there haven’t been any issues yet. Michael has come by my apartment to fix a couple of request and he is always really mindful and quick. He addresses any concerns before he leaves and makes sure my problems are addressed. Great place to live. The property is clean and quiet and well kept. The maintenance department is responsive and polite. Michael came to assist me with a sink issue and made sure everything was working before he left. He cleaned the area and left everything just like he found it. The apartments are modern and spacious and the office is always helpful.
