I have lived at Gateway commons Palmetto for almost a year. The staff always greets you with a smile. They do everything possible to ensure your concerns are handled in a timely manner. My neighbors very nice. Today I left my keys in The mailbox, a neighbor turned them in to the office. Maranda was looking up my number when I walked in the office to retrieve them. We talked about the steps of my upcoming lease renewal. We share a small general conversation. I appreciated the time and space she created for me in that moment. The staff here at Gateway will always make room for the residents. Maranda, don’t ever feel like the little moments you give are not noticed. As a community we see you and appreciate all of the office staff😊

The new management in the last few months has been outstanding. The renovations made show that the owners and property managers (especially the current one) really care about the community and residents. The issues from before are non existent today. I’ve lived here for a little over a year now and plan to stay. My dog love socializing at the dog park and I absolutely love the convenience of the outdoor dog wash. Giving a dog a bath in an apartment is not fun and I don’t have to pay to get them clean elsewhere. The apartments are spacious and modern. The office team, Regina and Miranda, have always been friendly and super helpful! I would definitely recommend our community.

The new management, is moving mountains! They are making big changes and, i love it!. Last management was difficult to work with, and took too long to get routine maintenance items done. Now we have routine pest control service, rapid work order turnaround time, improved management availability.
