I recently moved in April of this year. From the start process of getting the place to moving in was super easy. Alec was very helpful in the process and I would recommend using him when inquiring about this property. Everything here is well maintained and clean and if there is ever an issue they are fast acting. Everyone that works here is professional and kind and will help you with all your needs. 10/10 experience at the Franklin of Marlboro

We’ve had a great experience living here. The current leasing management and the entire management team have always been very helpful, professional, and attentive to all of our needs. The community is very well maintained, the cleanliness of the property is fantastic, and they frequently organize events for the residents, which makes the environment even more welcoming and enjoyable for families. The maintenance team is also excellent — always very responsive, helpful, and willing to assist whenever needed. We truly appreciated how quickly and professionally they handled everything during our time here. The only reason we are moving is to be closer to our daughter’s school. Otherwise, we would definitely have stayed longer. We highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and very well-managed place to live.

A huge thank you to Regina in the leasing office! As the Assistant Property Manager, she brings such a high level of professionalism to the complex, but it’s her kindness that really sets her apart. She is always patient, approachable, and eager to help. It truly makes this place feel like home knowing someone so capable and friendly is in the office. Thank you, Regina, for being so awesome!!

I've lived here for over a year and I dont have any complaints: my neighbors are generally respectful, the facilities are fairly clean, and the leasing office has been responsive when i needed them. I love the layout of my apartment and when we first moved in and had issuse with the electrical wiring being faulty, maintenance was very helpful. My one thing is there are so many bugs outside but that's where bugs belong and is a product of living on freshly developed land. saw a cool lunar moth though on a walk once

I had an appointment to meet with Juan and it was a wonderful experience. It started with a phone call with Liana and it was clear from that first interaction that this team truly cares about their residents. Liana was so helpful with my initial questions, and Juan was fantastic during the tour—patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely proud of the community. I recently toured Pointe Grand on the search for daughters 1st place and Chantelle was super knowledgeable to the point that I had no questions. Pointe Grand is a beautiful community and it's close to not only me lol but local shops and businesses. 😄

I absolutely love Pointe Grande on Reservation way. I have lived in Augusta my whole life, and this is the best place to live so far! Young adults and college aged kids, this is the perfect place with great amenities. I also love the staff. They care about their tenants!
