These guys worked excellently with my Health Net insurance and detoxed me smoothly off the cocaine and meth. They also offer detox for opiates and alcohol. The groups are engaging and individualized. Staff members including Precious, Jaz, Gabe, Mike and Reese all go above and beyond. The program director Trina does an amazing job personalizing the experience as well. Overall I had a brilliant experience.

Maplewood changed my life. When I came to maplewood I was down in out bad January 2 by the grace of God I was able too stay 30 days. And thanks too God that changed my whole out look. My experience with Maplewood has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff demonstrated genuine compassion, professionalism and a level of care that went far beyond my expectations. What truly sets Maplewood apart is their commitment to their patients, not just during treatment, but even after they leave. Throughout my stay, the team consistently checked in on me, kept me informed, and made sure I always felt supported. Even after returning home, they continued to reach out and make sure I was doing well. That kind of dedication is rare and speaks volumes about the people who work there. I want to give special recognition to Scarlett,Matt,Steven,Nyssa, Sheena,Zane, Ryan and the rest of the staff for their kindness and genuine concern for my well-being. Knowing that they cared enough to continue checking on me after discharge made a difficult time much easier and reminded me that I was never just another patient to them. Unlike other facilities every staff member from the director down to cleaning staff had an extreme positive effect on my treatment. They work there because it is their passion and not just a paycheck to them. Every aspect of this facility and staff operations has been designed so you have compassionate care and the best chance to succeed. I want to highlight some things a prospective client may want to know . It is the most comfortable facility ever. The beds,couches, big TVs,pool table, ping pong table are just a few features that helped make me feel comfortable.The counseling and nursing staff are the best one could ask for. The food was delicious and they are able to provide for people with dietary restrictions. They work hard to make your stay as easy as possible . If there is a way to put you at ease or a way to make your care better let them know and they will help you in anyway. The intake process and aftercare discharge are painless and done in a stress free way. If you or a loved one are looking for a treatment facility where the staff truly cares and treats people with dignity, respect, and compassion, I cannot recommend Mapewood highly enough. Thank you for everything you have done for me.

From the first phone call with with this team I knew I found the right place for what I was looking for. They walked me through the toughest time of my life and gave me back a purpose. The facility is absolutely gorgeous, beds very comfortable, food was amazing. I am so blessed to have found a place that treated me like a human being with so much care and respect.

My experience at Maplewood Treatment Center during my stay for alcohol abuse recovery was overall very positive, and I’m grateful for the support I received from the staff across all departments. The behavioral health technicians were a constant presence and played a huge role in creating a supportive and structured environment. Many of them were approachable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in the well-being of the patients. They helped make difficult days more manageable and were often the first to offer encouragement or simply listen. Special acknowledgment needs to go to Dan. His strong sense of self and confidence made all of the patients there feel safe and secure . His level of professionalism did not go unrecognized. Dan always made himself visible and very approachable to all of the patients. Most importantly I believe is that he rarely wavered or was persuaded by any outside influences. He was steady and stayed the course to follow the rules and regulations that were needed in such an environment. There was such a strong presence of safety and respect when Dan and Ryan work together. A special recognition shout out to Sheena, Brent, Zane and Ray! I miss all of you. The nursing staff were professional, attentive, and reliable. They handled medication management and medical concerns with care and consistency, which made me feel safe and supported throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the nurses who took the time to answer questions and make sure I understood my treatment. Nasia, you have done an amazing job with your nursing team. Each and everyone of the nurses that work at Maplewood showed compassion and respect to everyone. The custodial team also deserves recognition for the work they do behind the scenes. The facility was consistently clean and well-maintained, which made a real difference in comfort and overall atmosphere. A clean space helped me stay focused on recovery without unnecessary stress. The administration and clinical team provided strong structure and guidance throughout the program. The therapists and counselors were knowledgeable and offered valuable tools that I continue to carry with me. Group sessions were meaningful and helped build a sense of community, while individual sessions allowed for deeper personal growth. The program felt organized and thoughtfully run. A special shout out to Steve, Matt, Marcus, Olivia and Emily. Thank you to all of you for all that you do. Overall, Maplewood Treatment Center provided a caring, structured, and supportive environment that helped me take important steps in my recovery. I’m thankful for the dedication of the staff and the positive impact they had during such an important time in my life.

Maplewood is a beautiful facility. The staff there genuinely cares about you and does their absolute best everyday. I’ve been out of Maplewood for a couple months now, and I’m still in contact with both Matt and Scarlett. If you’re looking for somewhere safe, comfortable, and filled with support and love, I definitely recommend giving them a call.

I was a patient here, went by NOMAD since there was another Aaron there as well. It was a fun and chill place to be at every day. Leia was the best head you could ever ask for. The food was great and the space was well put together in an architectural sense. The groups were pretty good and informative as well as expressive when we were given the opportunities to and there were a lot. The patients are pretty chill too nothing outlandish. Best part was the one on ones with the therapists, they really know what they’re doing and they can deduce anything you throw at them. 10/10 from me and I would definitely go back. Highly recommend this place for treatment and after care.
