Set up my google review stand and it just comes up a black screen? How can I correct this?
Why does my Google review QR code or stand show a blank page, 404, or error when scanned?

A blank page or 404 usually clears on its own or means your business isn't open on Google yet; scan the code on the stand, not the sheet, and support can re-check it.
Can you send me a clear photo of your QR codes along with the name and address of your business? I will investigate and make sure everything is set up correctly.
To set up the QR Code, you will need to scan *the QR on the stand* (not the one at the bottom).
Your business won't be able to collect Google reviews until your official opening date. On that day, customers will be able to scan your QR code and leave reviews for your business. Until then, you may see a blank page when scanning the code. This is completely normal.
Sorry about that 404 error you were seeing earlier -- there was an internet-wide outage that affected a lot of companies. This is very rare and likely won't happen again.
