how do we set up the tap feature?
My NFC tap (Tap & Scan) card isn't working — how do I get the tap feature to work?

If your NFC tap card won't trigger, enable NFC in your phone settings; the QR code always works as a backup, and support can send a free replacement.
If you set up the QR code scan, NFC should already be set up. Simply hold your phone near the NFC and it will trigger. If you're not seeing a NFC notification, your phone may have NFC disabled by default.
On some phones you may need to enable NFC in settings first; the QR code always works as a reliable backup and points to the same Google review page.
If the tag still won't trigger after enabling NFC, we're happy to send a free replacement through Amazon.
