I’m having issues change the location of the place

To change the location, go to prosperqr.com/qrcodes and click 'Edit location'; the QR ties to your login email, so use that same email to change it.

To change the company link

  1. Visit https://prosperqr.com/qrcodes
  2. Click "Edit location" on the QR code you wish to change

You can login using any email and then select the correct business location once logged in. This will assign the QR code to the email you login with so if you ever need to change the location you will need to use the same email you set it up with.

You can disconnect your QR code and then reconnect it to your new account.

I can help you reprogrammed it to your desired email by

  1. Visit: https://prosperqr.com/login and login with the desired email address. That will create your account with the email address.
  2. Then share with me the email, I can help transfer ownership of the QR to your new account.
