If your business won't appear during QR setup, use the 'Can't find your business?' button; you only need a Google Business Profile, not an address.
In the meantime, have you tried clicking the button "Can't find your business?" and searching for your business name and address?
A physical address is not required, you only need a Google Business Profile.
If your business isn't currently set as open on Google Maps (the opening date is set sometime in the future) it won't show up until your opening day.
Can you send me the name and address of your business as well as a clear picture of your QR code?
